Veronica awoke from her nap.

After changing into a new outfit, she went downstairs.

Jughead was no where to be found.

Huh. She thought.

She went back upstairs to see if he was in his room.

The door to his bedroom was wide open. Veronica stepped in, seeing that all his stuff was gone.

She was confused. So, she picked up her phone and called him.

No answer.

The raven haired princess then called Cheryl, to see if she knew the answers.

"Hello?" says Cheryl, on the other line.

"Cheryl, do you know where Jughead is?" Veronica asks.

"That's a strange question coming from you. Anyways, my answer is no. I don't know where Jughead is." Cheryl responded.

Veronica's brows furrowed. She then hung up.

She then went out, to go look for Jughead. She honestly just hoped he was alive.

After looking all over town, Veronica found the boy in Dilton Doily's bunker.

She climbed down the ladder, and saw Jughead on his laptop, laying on the bed.

Jughead knew she was there, just didn't say anything.

"Oh, there you are," Veronica said.

Jughead didn't respond.

Veronica looked around, "so, you moved in here."

Again, he didn't respond.

She sighed, "okay, look, I guess I am some sort of daddy's girl. I guess I am spoiled and rich, but I swear I'm against him. I'm not a Serpent, but I agree with you guys, he is a bad person. I'm sorry for whatever I said."

Jughead looked at her. "Why are you apologizing? Are you trying to get me to move back in?"

"Well, yeah. I guess I am trying to get you to move back in," Veronica answered.

"Why?" Jughead questioned.

Veronica opened her mouth to say something, but nothing came out.

"I mean," Veronica started, "what if I need to bake another cake?"

Jughead scoffed, "just search up a recipe. Don't you have, like, ten phones for that?"

"I'll mess it up either way." Veronica replied.

She crossed her arms. It was getting really cold in the bunker.

"I guess," Jughead shrugged, "although, I still don't wanna live with Hiram's daughter."

"Can you stop calling me that? Hiram's daughter." Veronica rolled her eyes.

"What can I do to earn your forgiveness?" She asked.

"Nothing. I'm not moving back, Veronica. And you can't make me. Please go." Jughead answered.

Veronica sighed, "alright." She climbed back up the ladder.

It was useless. She should stop caring about Jughead, he shouldn't matter to her at all.

Veronica arrived back home.

It was freezing cold outside. The wind was howling.

It's almost winter, anyways.

She crashed into the couch, and watched TV.

After a few hours of watching, she got hungry.

So, she called Andre, and asked him to drop off a take out meal from Pop's.

It was already getting quite lonely.

Living completely alone is still new to her.

Veronica took out her journal, and wrote about how she was feeling.

It was like a vent.

Just then, Andre finally arrived with the food.

Veronica thanked him, and took the food.

She ate it while watching TV. She really had nothing to do.
