"Thanks, I guess?" Jughead responded.

Veronica sat closer, and started playing with Jughead's hair.

"What are you doing?" Jughead asked.

"Your hair is so soft," Veronica was shocked.

"It is?"

"Yeah," Veronica nodded. "Why do you hide your hair in that beanie, anyway?"

Jughead ignored the question, and continued typing.

Veronica's eyebrows rose, she then took a hair tie, and put Jughead's hair in a small ponytail.

Jughead was too focused on his computer to care.

Veronica giggled, like a little girl. She picked up a spare ribbon, from the bag of Christmas decorations, and put it on his head.

She then took a picture of him with her phone.

"Anyways, I'm going out to find the perfect dress for the party." She announced.

Jughead didn't respond.

Veronica tilted her head, "are you just gonna stay here on your laptop?"

Jughead just nodded.

Veronica rolled her eyes. She then closed his laptop, and put it on the coffee table.

"What the hell?" Jughead was mad.

"You are going to come with me." Veronica grabbed his wrist and stood him up.

"To find you an outfit?" Jughead scoffed, "no way."

"Jughead, you're coming with me," Veronica said, "if you really plan to just sit around all day, then you're going to have to move out."

Jughead's brows furrowed.

"My roof, my rules." Veronica smirked.

Jughead undid his hair and took off the ribbon, "fine. I just need to get my beanie."

"No. Your hair is beautiful, you're going without it." Veronica was being bossy.

Jughead groaned.

Veronica called an uber, the two were then on their way to shop.

The two raven haired high school students were walking down the street, looking for a store that could possibly hold beautiful clothing.

"So, what look are you going for?" Jughead asked.

"Anything that would suit a Christmas Party. And we must hurry, because I only have a few hours left."

"Just wear an ugly Christmas sweater," Jughead suggested.

"No, I want to look gorgeous." Veronica denied. "Plus, Cheryl will have the house all to herself, so it'll be pretty heated in there."

"I'm not the type to look for outfits that'll make anyone look gorgeous." Jughead rolled his eyes, "though, you threatened me."

Veronica gasped, she ran towards the glass window of a store, and looked through it.

"What?" Jughead asked, standing beside her.

"Look!" She pointed towards black strappy lace-up heels sitting on a platform.

"Oh, I've always wanted those heels," Veronica said. "But they're $230."

"Welp, sucks to be in your shoes." Jughead shrugged.

Veronica rolled her eyes, the two continued searching.

They went back home. Veronica found the perfect outfit.

A black, sleeveless top, along with a red, plaid skirt.

Simple, but cute.

Veronica got dressed, and grabbed the presents.

She called her uber, and got to the party.

As soon as the girl got there, Cheryl put a Santa hat on her.

"Wow," Veronica said, looking around the well decorated house.

"Mother is serious when it comes to Christmas," Cheryl said.

Veronica sat down next to Betty, and Kevin.

The three were chatting and chatting, until Reggie came along.

"Hey guys," he said, "down for some drinks?"

Veronica smiled.

"I'll pass," Betty said.

"Oh c'mon, B. It'll be fun."

"Sorry, V, I don't drink." Betty apologized.

Veronica rose a brow.

"I may have drank once, or twice, but I won't anymore. And I've left the farm."

Reggie handed Betty a cup, no matter what she said.

"Reggie-"

"Chill, Cooper, it's just eggnog." Reggie sat down next to Veronica.

Betty sighed, then drank the cup of eggnog.

"Is it good?" Reggie asked.

Betty nodded.

"Thought so. There's vodka in it."

Betty's eyes widened.

"Stop forcing her," Veronica said.

"No, actually, I want more." Betty said.
