Jughead opened the door to Cheryl Bombshell.
"Step aside, hobo," she walked passed him, to Veronica.
Cheryl grabbed Veronica's hand, "you're going to have to come with me."
"What? Where?" Veronica asks.
"Just, shut up and you'll see." Cheryl said.
"Hey," Jughead crossed his arms.
"I'm going to be borrowing her for a while. I'll bring her back by dinner, or whatever you straight couples say," Cheryl then forced on Veronica's coat, and then dragged her away.
"Where are you bringing me?" Veronica questioned.
"Like I said, you'll see," Cheryl replied.
"I'm going to start screaming if you don't tell me where," Veronica threatened.
Cheryl sighed, "I'm bringing you to Pop's. You'll meet someone there, do not leave, Lodge. I'm going to be watching."
Veronica's eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
Minutes after, they both arrived to Pop's.
"Sit here," Cheryl pointed towards an empty booth. "Me and TT will be at a table, watching. Just in case you leave. And you cannot text anyone, by the way. Also, don't order anything just yet."
Veronica rolled her eyes, sitting down.
Not even a second after Cheryl sat down at her table, the Pop's front door opened.
The bell rang as Antoinette walked in, she had a strong grip on a familiar male Serpent's wrist.
Specifically, Sweet Pea's wrist.
Sweet Pea made a disgusted look as he saw Veronica.
He and Toni had quite the argument before he gave up, and walked over to Veronica's booth.
Sweet Pea avoided any eye contact.
"Hey," Veronica broke the silence. Sweet Pea ignored her.
Veronica opened her mouth to say something, but was interrupted by Sweet Pea.
"What do you want?" He inquired.
"Well, since we're forced to hangout, I guess it's best to atleast just have a lovely conversation." Veronica shrugged.
Sweet Pea rolled his eyes.
"Give me a chance," Veronica pleaded.
The Serpent rolled his eyes once again.
Veronica glared at him, "you know, you should glue your eyes in place, because-"
"They keep rolling around everywhere. I know, I know. Just, shut up." Sweet Pea crossed his arms.
Veronica's eyes widened, "wait, what?"
"Jughead tells me that 24/7, and it annoys the hell out of me," Sweet Pea said.
Veronica leaned back, "what else does he tell you?"
And that, was the start of a great conversation. Followed by a bunch of others. It may or may have not started a friendship between the two.
"Hey, you know what the most hilarious thing is?" Sweet Pea asked.
"What?"
"When Jughead gets jealous."
Veronica's eyebrows furrowed, "when he gets jealous?"
Sweet Pea nodded, "how 'bout we make him jealous, get a good laugh."
