Chapter 10

It was a Monday lunch time and me and Alice walked out of the school doors by the cafeteria where there was some park benches and loads of grass. We walk over to where our friends were sitting on one of our park benches. Alice goes over to sit next to Stephanie and I sit on Luke's lap.

"Hey" he says wrapping around my waist.

"Hey" I reply wrapping one arm around his shoulders.

Before I could ask how his day was he told me to stand up. When I do he stand up also and grabs my hand and drags me away from our friends. We get around the corner and I lean against the stone wall.

"Did you want something" I ask him.

He places his hands on the wall near my head. "You know we have been very close now". I nod my head. "I was wondering you, Michael Clifford would go on a date with me"

I look at him in shock "are you serious"

He looks at me confused "why wouldn't I be serious?"

"Because no other boy has asked me out other than Alex" I say looking down at my feet.

He places a finger under neath my chin and lifts my head up "well there a bunch of dicks, you're an amazing human being"

I smile brightly before nodding my head "yes, I'll go on a date with you"

He breaks out in to a smile before grabbing my hand and pulling me back to out friends.

After lunch I go into my geography class with Alex and we sit down.

"I overheard you and Luke"

"How could you, we were away from you guys" I say

"I followed you"

I roll my eyes "why did you do that"

He turns to me in his seat "I just don't think you should be dating the guy"

"Why that"

"He's dangerous"

I turn so I was facing him "how is he dangerous! He's a sweet, amazing guy. He hasn't done anything wrong to you. He likes me and I like him so what's the problem!!"

"Mr Clifford would like to share with the class what you are on about"

Oops maybe I was speaking a bit two loudly.

"Um nothing sir" I say quietly.

He gives me a look before starting the lesson. I look over at Alex, what wrong with him, can he see that I will be happy with Luke.

After class I walk to my locker when I see turn my head to see Ashton, Calum and Luke talking in a classroom. I hide so they don't see me.

"You have to tell him" Ashton whispers. What were they on about??

"I can't" Luke says back "he'll think I'm a freak"

"No he won't" Calum says "I promise"

"Yeah but what about-"

"Luke" Ashton says interrupting Luke "everything's going to be okay"

What does Luke have to tell me? Oh please don't tell me he's cancelling out date. Also why might he think I'll think he's a freak.

"I know you're there Michael". Dang it Calum, how did you know I was there.

I reveal myself from my hiding spot "hey" I say quietly.

"We'll leave you two alone" Ashton's tells us while grabbing Calum's hand.

They leave the classroom and I walk in "is everything okay"

Luke takes a deep breath "sit down Michael"

I sit on one of the tables and Luke goes and locks the door "um Luke?"

"We need to talk"

Okay so there going on a date :)

I started school again today, it was alright

Has anyone seen Michael’s new hair, I’m loving it.
