Step into my Candy Store - Kol

You are an actress on Broadway and you have got one of the lead roles in Heathers the musical and he comes to see the show for the first time.

Ever since you were younger you have loved Broadway, musical theatre, the performing arts in general. So as soon as you could you joined clubs in and out of school. Did Drama and musical as subjects and took part in al the big musicals the school put on then when it was time to apply for universities you applied to Drama schools and you were lucky enough to go to Juilliard. Which was a dream come true, you knew this is what you wanted to do for the rest of your life. So in your final year at school you got signed to an agent and you went to multiple auditions and managed to get into some off broadway productions, and once you finished at Juilliard you got into the company of Phantom of the Opera, Wicked and Les Miserables where you were in the chorus. It was such an amazing thing to be part of the shows and get a real look into the atmosphere and be able to be in some of your favourite musicals. During your time in Phantom, you met your now boyfriend Kol. He was in New York to get a break from his work and he went to see Phantom and he saw you on stage and says it's love at first sight.

After a while of you talking he decided he would move to New York so he could be closer to you. When he first moved you said that he could stay with you until he found and apartment but he never left because you guys were in love.

A year ago

Your agent had signed you up to audition for a production of Heathers which would be bringing it back to broadway and you of course said YES. Heathers is one of your favourite musicals and Veronica or Heather Chandler. So you immediately started preparing and when it came to the audition you felt very confident.
"I really want to get it!" You say to Kol as you two are cuddling on the couch
"Darling, I know you will get it. You are very talented and if they don't see it they are stupid" he kisses your head and you laugh. You are about to say something when your phone starts ringing. You look at the caller ID and you see it is your agent. You stand up to reply.
After the call
"I GOT THE PART OF VERONICA AND JD IS BEING PLAYED BY JEREMY JORDAN" you scream jumping up and down. He stands up and picks you up and spins you around.
"I'm so happy for you darling" he says and kisses you.

Now

It has been just over a year since you received the call that changed your life, and you guys are two months since your shows debut and it has been the experience of a life time. You are having the time of your life, but the tiny thing that would make it better is if your boyfriend would come see your show, just once. Your family have come to see you, your friends have come to see you, Kols family has even come to see it much to his dismay but he hasn't. So you decide to confront him about it.

You were at your shared apartment, packing your bag for the night and you decide now is a good time to bring it up
"So are you going to watch it tonight?" You say looking at him and he avoids eye contact
"I'm sorry love bu" you cut him off
"But I can't I have plans, I get it. I perfectly understand" you say through gritted teeth now shoving things into your bag so you can get out of that house as quickly as possible. Once your done you were going to leave but you have to say something because you can't hold it in anymore.
" But I don't think you understand his important it is to me. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me, this is what I love to do. Everyone else it supportive but why can't you? Clearly what is important to you is fucking some skank" he looks shocked
"Woah woah, you think I'm cheating on you?" He says and you laugh
"WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE KOL?, you come home stinking of alcohol and your clothes are a mess. You never come to see my show because you have PLANS, you don't even come to the matinee because you have plans or you are helping out a friend well clearly you are helping out your self" you grab your bag and run down the stairs him following suit trying to explain and get out of his web of lies but you turn back around to say one more thing
" Come to my show tonight, prove me wrong. But if I am on stage and I don't see you, I want all of your stuff out of this apartment by the morning and I want you gone" you say opening the door and slamming it behind you.

After the show

You step out the stage door with your friends and you see Kol standing there is a suit with a bouquets of red roses
"You were outstanding my love" he says and you smile
"I didn't think you would actually come" you say taking the roses
"I know I have been a terrible boyfriend recently and all of your anger is justified but the reason I have come before tonight it that I was jealous" he says and you look at him confused
"Why?" You say and he takes a deep breath
"I looked up this musical after you got the part and I looked at videos online and I wasn't sure if I could watch you grinding on a guy that isn't me. I couldn't stand the idea of it so every night I would drown my sorrows trying not to think of you and him. I know it's stupid off me and I am terribly sorry it stopped me from supporting you" he says and you lean in and kiss him taking his hand
"Kol Mikaelson. You are the love of my life, and all of that is acting and part of my job. Plus Jeremy is married, it is completely plutonic between us" you say laughing slightly. Then you but your lip and lean very closely to him
"You know?, during that scene. I think of you sometimes" you say taking his hand and leading him to the car and he smirks following very closely behind you.
