You and Stefan are in such a great place in your relationship, yo two had just become official, you moved into the Salvatore boarding house. You and Damon have gotten along really well recently you thought nothing could go wrong, until she came.

Stefan had told you about Lexi before, he said you two would have gotten along really well. You understood how close they were and how much she had an impact on her life and you were always grateful for that. But then the wall came down, and all the dead cams back to life for a few hours and lets just say when you saw her, you were so great fun.

I mean come in, she's gorgeous, blonde, young his could anyone keeps her hands of of her. Even though you are very happy and content in your relationship you can't help but feel a pang or jealousy. And to top it all of she is the most lovely person in the world.  They would be constantly touching in some way, constantly laughing. You know they are close but you didn't think that close. You watched them as they played pool waiting for them to finish, a half an hour match turned into two hour match.

You spent the whole of what was meant to be a date night. Sitting at the bar downing drink after drink, until you foundation take it any more. You threw some money on the table and just left, not bothering to say goodbye. When you arrived at the boarding house you saw Damon reading a book by the fire and you collapse next to him with a big sigh.

"What was that for?" He says setting down his book
"You know how the wall is down? Well I got to meet the only and only Lexi" you say and he raises his eye brows
"You know, the green isn't your colour" he says standing up pouring to our you a drink
"How much?" He asks
"Hand me the bottle" and he raises his hands
"Woah, that bad huh?" As he hands you the bottle and you take a massive drink
"I mean I know they are friends and she has saved his life's more times and anyone else but. She is gorgeous. How could they have not hooked up. Unless that's what they are doing now, wouldn't be surprised" you say taking another swig and he takes it form you
"Y/n, my brother loves you so much. He sees Lexi as a sister. When I killed he felt like he lost family and hates me for it. He loves you not her" he says trunk to reassure you. You put his head patronisingly.
"Look at you making up lies for me" you say and he shoves you.

You hear the doorbell ring and you hear the giggling, you roll your eyes and pat Damon's thigh
"That's my cue" as you stand up and head upstairs
"Hey, where'd you go?" Stefan says and you ignore him heading up to your shared room. He looks after you and turned to Damon
"What's up with her?" He says and Damon shakes his head
"If you don't known brother, well then I can't help you"  he says going to walk into the kitchen but he turns around and says
"As the boyfriend you are meant to be making your girl happy, not feel like crap" he says turning to walk into the kitchen. He excused himself from Lexi and walks u to your room to see you lying on the bed reading a book

"You alright?" He asks and y,u snap back
"Why don't you ask your lady friend" you say not looking up from your book and he laughs
"This is about Lexi?" In disbelief and you put down your book
"Stefan really? You are that blind? She is gorgeous! And you have your hands all over her. This was supposed to be a date night and you slept the whole time with her?" You say and he sits next to you on the bed
"Are you jealous of Lexi?" He says taking you hands but you pull back
"I don't need you pity, I know don't look like her and can never replace her" you say but he turn you head so you are facing him

"You are the most beautiful person in Every room. Inside and out. You are the in,y girl I want to spend my day with. You are the joy girl I am in love with. And I'm sorry for ruining out night I just don't know when I will be able to see her again so I wanted to make the most of it but instead I neglected you and I sorry" you shake your head
"No I'm sorry, I shouldn't have gotten jealous. Pleas go hang out with her. Ma,w the most off the time" and he smiles
"You sure?"
"Yes! I have Damon go!" You say and he kisses you
"Thank you" he says running down stairs
