I want to just rant about my latest project.
My goal is to write an entire book in a single chapter. I want it to look like someone found the PDF of a real, actual novel and hit copy, paste on my chapter space. I'm taking my time because this is a book and concept that I've edited and stored, tweaked and saved, etc. so man times. I really like it and I like how it's going. I want to look back on it and be proud. Whenever I really try to do good with something, it never gets the attention that things I just slapped together for fun get. I wrote most of my books years ago and I feel like this is the first book that will really have me like, You took your time and it paid off! I'm just kind of scared because, even though I write for myself and write what I like to read, it is a nice feeling to have others enjoy your work. I feel like I waited too long and nobody'll read it, honestly. Then, a part of me asks myself; If you feel like nobody's gonna read it, why waste your time writing it? Because! I like it and I like it writing it. I can't stop that but, it just feels amazing to have other people enjoy a piece of your mind as well, y'know? Ugh, it is what it is. I must say, however, that the book is coming along very nicely. I am enjoying it so far.
