Man, I'll just come out and say it. I miss the fuck out of Prince and I have for about a week or two now. That's bittersweet because... we won't get into that. As I was saying, it's weird sometimes because though I accept his transition and I'm comfortable with it for the most part— andI think he was tired and kind of cleaning up to when... yeah— it's still pain to know that we can't have more. I sound so selfish but I wish he could've at least finished the memoir then left. That's really sad to me...
So, anyway, I still have these waves every winter. It goes from early November to about late April. I only want to eat, sleep, breathe him. Oddly enough, until a few days ago, I hadn't listened to multiple Prince albums in a day in months. I've spoken about the thing that happens to me when I haven't heard his speaking voice in a while so to finally get around to Power Fantastic's alternate taping really threw my ass into a tail spin. Lost all my shit.😂
Anywho, I'll be jotting down some feelings in the format of a storyline here... Maybe tinkering with Mother'sSong. Feel free to stick around... or don't. Lol I don't know who is still here. I'm definitely just writing for myself at this point but anybody interested is more than welcome to join the party. I think this go around, I'm going to try to bite my tongue and poke around in 90's Prince territory.🤢 He's been looking a little enticing but it's so hard to focus because everything surround him from Vagina Bangs, to the 3 Blind Mice, to Tony... all of it was atrocious. Sigh. But I think I'll give it a go.😕
