Chapter 102 - Getting Dates

Isabelle's POV
"How's Hermione?" Erika whispered to me.
"She's fine. Just heart broken." I replied.

Erika sighed and crossed her arms.
"I think the couple is gone too far." she said.
"Couple?" I asked.

"Yeah, Ron and Lavender are a couple now." Erika replied.
"That's not good news to me." Belle mumbled.

Harry's POV
"Look, I can't help it if she's got her knickers in a twist. What Lav and I have, well, let's just say, there's no stopping it. It's chemical. Will it last? Who knows? Point is, I'm a free agent." Said Ron.
Lukas looked at him, like if he was crazy about being a free agent.

"Really, Ron, you gave your girlfriend a nickname. That's interesting." Lukas said.

Ron glared at Lukas.
"I mean, Ron, you call Lavender 'Lav' which is easy to remember. And how about yours? I wonder what's your nickname for Lavender." Lukas asked.

Ron was about to say something back....until...

"Won-Won."
It was Lavender. She waved at Ron, but Ron waved, weakly.

Lukas snickered. "Won-Won? That's nice."
"Lovely." I mumbled.

~The Library~
Now I'm with Hermione. She's been...you know...mad.

"He's at a perfect liberty to kiss whoever he likes. I really couldn't care less." Hermione has books in her hands and she was putting them away.
"Was I under the impression and he would be attending Slughorn's Christmas Party together? Yes. Now, given the circumstances, I've had to make other arrangements." Hermione added.
"Have you?" I asked.

"Yes, why?" She asked.
"Since we can't ask the ones we like, how about we go together as friends." I suggested.

"Why didn't I think of that?" Said Hermione.
"Who you're going with?" I asked.
"Um, it's a surprise." Said Hermione.

I don't like that face of yours, Hermione. I thought.

"Besides, it's you that I need to worry about." Said Hermione.
"What do you mean?" I asked.

"See that girl over there?" Hermione asked as she came to my side.
I slightly nodded.
"That's Romilda Vane. Apparently she's trying to smuggle you a love potion." Said Hermione.
Love potion? I thought.

"Really?" I asked, getting into it. XD

Hermione snapped her fingers in front of me.
"Hey! She's only interested in you because she thinks you're the Chosen One." Said Hermione.
"But I am the chosen one." I said.

I suddenly earned a smack on the forehead.
"Okay, sorry. Um, kidding. I guess I'll ask someone else. Someone cool." I said.

Hermione sighed at that.
"Why not go ask Erika." Hermione suggested.

"Oh...hehe...Um, yeah. That might be a good." I uttered.

3rd Person's POV
"Seamus, can I ask you something?" Belle asked.
"Sure." he replied.

Belle suddenly got shy.

"I was wondering....would like to be my date to Slughorn's Christmas Party? He said to bring someone. We can just go as friends." Belle said.
Seamus smiled at her cuteness.

"Sure. I like that." he said.

Belle smiled and giggled.

That was easy. she thought.

As for Erika...she was in her dorm, petting her owl, Snowball.
"Erika! Can you come down here?" she heard Harry downstairs. Making her heart skip a beat.

Snowball flew and landed on the chair. She chirped, telling Erika to go.
"Should I?" Erika whispered.

Snowball just tilt her head, cutely.
Erika sighed. "Silly me. I'm talking to a owl."

Erika walked downstairs and saw Harry.
"What is it, Harry?" she asked.

Harry started to blush.
"Um...uh...w-would you..." Erika waited for him.

"Would you like to be my date?!" Harry exclaimed.
"Harry, you don't have to shout." Erika said.

"Oh, um..sorry." Harry apologized.

"So, anyway...." Erika mumbled.
"I'm going to say this once more. Would like to be my date." Harry said, clearly.
Erika smiled at him. Her heart beat skipped faster and faster.

She nodded. Harry smiled and started to hug her.

When they hugged. Seamus and Belle saw them.
"Finally." Seamus said.
"Not yet, Seamus. They're going on a date, not they're exactly girlfriend and boyfriend yet." Belle whispered.
"Right. I wonder when that time would come." Seamus said.

Belle just giggled.
