Ben's P.O.V.

I kept rolling around in my bed trying to fall asleep, Lyza must be waiting for me wondering where I was. I just couldn't sleep tonight for the first time in a year. I threw the covers off of me and got out of the bed then walked over to the balcony. I look out and see the garden I plan to take Lyza there and ask her to be mine officially. I love her with all my heart I know her father is literally the God of death and he could very easily kill me and then torcher me for all eternity. But for her, I'd do anything including going up against the Lord of the UnderWorld.

I walk back inside my room and then I start to roam the castle thinking about Lyza.

I remember the first time I started dreaming about her and how she made me feel special because she didn't put on an act around me because I was the King I could just be myself. Even when I finally told her she still treated my the same.

Then I think back to when she actually started opening up to me letting down her walls that she build up. The fact she trusted me to be her own authentic self with little to no fear of anyone judging her.

Then when I asked her to come to Auradon I was so scared that she would say no, but I needed to get her away from her father so he couldn't hurt her. I knew the only way I could protect her was to get her as far away from him as possible. Tomorrow I'm going to ask her to be my girlfriend, and give her my ring to wear. I know its old fashion but because she has never had a boyfriend I wanna make our relationship as romantic and special as possible. Because I love her with all my heart.
