[ Eight Weeks Later ]

RICHARD'S POV :

RJ was finally home and he was still recovering. He decided to go back to school though. We agreed, but told the teacher to call immediately if something was wrong. We asked him if he wanted a little celebration with his friends for his comeback, but he refused. Instead he asked us if we could buy him a new bike.

Everything kind of went back to normal. It almost felt as if all recent drama had never happened. Everybody was able to continue to live and enjoy life.

The only thing that was a bother was to explain to RJ that Mr. Dohnson was his real grandpa and Patrick his uncle. He didn't understand at first and was questioning us a lot. For him it was just not normal, so we simply told him that sometimes people make mistakes. He nodded his head at that and got used to his new family slowly, but surely. He only started to call Patrick an uncle yesterday. But he still couldn't call Mr.Dohnson grandpa.

Even if the problems seemed to be away, we still had a lot to deal with. Starting with Tina, Tamy and their mother, who had a meeting today with Mr. Kash's notary. Since he left a testament, some things needed to be taken care.

It was a relief to know that he was finally gone.

"So, what's going on with you and T ? " Lance asked me then bit his apple.

I shrugged. "Well, we decided not to get in a relationship for the moment. We wanted to focus on ourselves individually at first. Actually, we're gonna see a therapist separately and then we'll see one for our couple, to start it good."

He nodded his head. "Yeah, I understand. It's better like that."

"Yup. And you and Daniela ? "

A huge smile appeared on his face. "She's amazing. I'm glad we stopped playing around. And Kavon is happy too, so everything great."

I grinned. "We're getting our lives in track. And where is Chad at ? "

Lance began to laugh. "This wedding is gonna be the death of him. Stacy and the wedding planner are driving him crazy."

I laughed with him. Fortunately for my friend, he was getting married next week. All of this craziness will end soon.

"Hey, just want to know. Do you know what happened to that woman that you falsely killed ? " Very good question !

I shook my head. "No. When it ended, I was focus on other things. I don't know. I hope this monster didn't kill her and her son for real though." I answered thinking about it seriously. Mrs. Frins and her son Eric disappeared suddenly and nobody knew where they were at.

"I think we should tell the police, so they can look for them and we can be relieved. I hope they're okay."

"Yeah, I really hope. We can have anymore victims of this crazy man." I sighed, hoping they were really alright.

Yet another thing to worry about...it never stops.

TINASHE'S POV :

We were in my ex-father's notary's office waiting for him to speak. We arrived a couple of minutes ago and he just got the papers out of his drawer.

I wished we were already done with this. I didn't care about what he had left for me, I was surely going to give it away anyways. These past weeks, I completely opened my eyes and realized the monster he was. He lied to me and everybody else since forever. And it was just his way to take revenge on my parents. It was hurtful to know this, but at least I knew the truth.
