i ran a hand through my hair as i read the endless hate comments i was receiving. it wasnt unusual to receive hate comments but this time was worse than usual. i felt my phone start to ring and could see chases caller ID on the screen. i declined the call and grabbed jasper, pulling the stuffed animal close to me. it was a regular thing for me to use the stuffed bear as comfort.
i cried into its chest and let out all the feelings i was holding in the past few months. chase and i havent been talking as much and it worried me for our relationship. i didnt want to end things at all, but he had been so distant with me and i was scared.
what if he had found someone better?
or he wasnt in love with me anymore?
i wiped my tears and picked up my phone clicking on chases call notification and calling him back.
"hey, i saw the comments, are you okay?" he asked, i laughed, not like a funny laugh but like what the fuck laugh.
"im fine chase, its all perfectly fine." i muttered.
"you look gorgeous baby." he told me and i sighed, smiling at my phone slightly.
"i miss you." i mumbled, he smiled softly.
"i miss you too baby, you should come down sometime." he suggested, i nodded in agreement.
"i have to go, i'll call you later." he said.
"i love you." i told him, he smiled at the camera.
