The Fourfold Trap

I groan as I got up.

When did I fell a sleep? I sat up and yawn. I look around and noticed that this isn't my room? Did someone found me? Wow that must be so nice of them. The door open and Tigerclaw appear. "Alison, you are awake"he said as he close the door behind. 

I gasp and stood up. "Why are you here?!"I yelled then saw him with pancake? "With pancake?"I said and he chuckle softly. "Cub, you must had a horrible nightmare. Here, have some food"he said as he sat down on my bed.

I sat down and took the plate. I poke it then glare at him. "What wrong?"he said. "It just...you never gave me food before or nice"I said. "That is in the past. We are no together and that what matter"he said as I slowly took the bite. It taste so good!

"Wait...what about the turtle?"I said. "They will no longer be bothering us"he said then I let the plate fall down. What? I quickly stood up and put my sword in front of us. "You! What did you do with my friends?!"I yelled.

"How's it going, Donnie? Alison? Any luck?"Raph said as I look through my notebook.

"I've been able to synthesize the neurotoxin from the brain worm based on your blood sample"Donnie said as I turn on the fire. "Ooh, pretty. You think it'll work on Karai?"Mikey said as he look at it.

"We're about to find out"I said as I took a small drop and place it inside the beaker. We look at it then it turn black and spilling out. "Ohh!"We said. "Donnie, Alison, you tried your best, brah, even if it totally sucked"Mikey said.

"Aah! It's useless. I'm not even close! I can't do it"Donnie said. I walk toward him and hug him. He sigh as he lean on me. "This brain worm is impossible"I said then we look at Splinter. "Sensei, I'm afraid there's nothing we can do"Donnie said as we look down. 

"I know how hard you two have tried, Donatello and Alison. Some things are simply not meant to be"he said as he walk away. "At least I have four wonderful sons"he said and turn around. "And one wonderful magic girl that is like an daughter for me"he said then left.

We walk out and I push my hair back. "Donnie, Alison, you know how much this means to Sensei"Leo said. "Leo, we're trying as hard as we can so please understand that we are trying the best we can"I said as Donnie look at his clipboard. 

"Well, try harder"Leo said and Donnie turn around. "Try harder? I always have to find the solution! You're leader, Leo! You find the answer!"Donnie said, walking angrily toward Leo. "Donnie!"I said as I stood in between down. 

"Or what about Raph?"Donnie yelled. "I got the answer for you! Karai's a lost cause!"Raph yelled as I gasp. "Don't say that, dude"Mikey said then they begin to argue. I sigh and sat down on the couch. "Hey, April. Not the best time"Donnie said as I hug my leg.

"Shizukani! What is the problem here?"Splinter said. "Nothing, Sensei. I'm heading out. April needs me"Donnie said as he walk off. "Donnie"I said as I ran after him. "You're needed here now, Donnie"Leo said. 

Donnie got on the motorcycle then look at me. "Stay here. Just in case. You got my note"he said and I touch his shoulder. "Be safe"I said then he kiss my cheek. "Donnie! Donnie!"Leo yelled as he left. I look at Leo and he glare at me.

"My sons, you cannot drive each other apart. In times like these, unity is important. Do not forget the most basic lesson. An effective team thinks as one"Splinter said as I look at the other. I sigh then look at the tunnel.

I was bored and I decided to go water the tree. "Sensei, I just want you to know I'm not gonna give up on Karai, no matter what"Leo said. Splinter stop and walk toward him. He put his hand on his shoulder and Leo smile at him.
