"Hello?" You answered, swallowing your ice cream.
"Hey, uh I heard the boys were with you." Mark answered, clearing this throat. "Oh yeah I took them for some ice cream, lil bonding sesh."
"Ah, that's nice...I'll come and pick them up, where are you?"
"The ice cream shop that's closest to my cafe I work at."
"Alright, I'm on my way."
"Be safe!" You said before he hung up.
"Is your boyfriend coming?" Jisung asked, taking another spoonful of the ice cream. "Yeah-wait what no he's not my boyfriend." The two raised their eyebrows in unison. "Sure." Chenle said, laughing at your red cheeks. "I think you should make a move." Chenle suggested.
"Definitely not." You said shaking your head. "He doesn't like me like that."
Jisung and Chenle both shared a look then glanced back at you. "If you say so."
"Oh- Mark is here!"
"Where?" You turned your head back, only to see the dark street behind the window you peered out of. Laughter erupted from both of the boys. Scoffing, you forcefully sat in your seat glaring at them. "Not funny."
"A little funny." Jisung said motioning with his fingers. You grumbled an imitation of him and finished your ice cream.
"Mark is here!" Jisung exclaimed. "Yeah right you losers I'm not falling for that again-"
"Hey guys."
"Oh hey Mark what's up." Chenle nodded to him. You turned and sent a small smile his way. "Oh, how much was it, I'll pay." He got out his wallet and searched for money.
"No, no I've already paid." You shook your hands in front of you. You and the boys stood up and you stretched your muscles out as they gathered their stuff. "Here you take the money."
"No honestly it's okay."
"I'll pay you back for what they spent." He insisted. "Well you can pay be back by arranging a day for the fort building." You gleamed. "Or maybe I'll take you somewhere nice." He offered, turning away and walking towards the car, Jisung and Chenle already in it.
"You coming Fiore?"
You stopped walking, stunned at what he had just said. "Wait, what?" You quickly caught up to him. "Is that my nickname?"
"Mhm." Mark didn't turn around, he kept walking towards the car. You caught up and walked side by side, you looked up at him and tried to watch his expression. "What does it mean?"
Actually instead he turned his head and his eyes pierced into yours.
