You had come over to bring Lena some lunch. Jess had told you that she was currently in a meeting so you sat on her couch and waited patiently for her to come in so the two of you could start eating.

Lena had just finished a particularly stressful meeting. She rushed out of the meeting room and headed into her office to let out some of the frustration from earlier. She banged the folder on her desk, making some of her papers fly out. She hadn't noticed you sitting in her couch so she had no reason to hide how she was feeling.

"Hey! Don't be so mean to that folder. Would you liked it if I banged you on your desk?"

There was silence as the two of you processed what you had said. Finally, after a couple of minutes, she spoke up.

"You are so banging me on that desk at this very moment."

Jess was unfortunate to hear everything. Not even the headphones she had for emergencies helped.
