Summary: You've fallen in love with Kara
Prompt by: Multifandotakugirl
Falling in love was never an option for you. You purely existed to make sure that no one destroyed the timeline or killed humanity. You've seen civilizations die of and yet there was nothing you could do. All you and your brothers as well as your sisters were meant to do was watch and observe. Only interfering when someone was threatening the very existence of humans.
You were fine with never falling in love. You've never met someone that had actually made you question what you did. That was until you met Kara Danvers.
Meeting her was purely coincidental. Your locket that allowed you to time travel had gotten lost and without it, you were helpless. With the use of the Earth's technology, you were able to find someone to help you. Supergirl was Earth's champion and therefore the only logical person to go to.
Supergirl was surprisingly very aware of who you were as Kryptonians had met one of your brothers. She had been fascinated with your family and was more than happy to help.
The week you were with her was strange. You began to feel things that you had never felt before. Butterflies in your stomach, feeling nervous and just about anything that you were never meant to feel. You knew what it meant. Your father had warned you about these types of emotions and you knew that you needed to leave. Kara was a risk to you.
It's why you couldn't bare the thought of saying goodbye to her. You left in the middle of the night so she wouldn't look at you with those puppy dog eyes and beg for you to stay. You would literally die if you did.
As much as you wanted to forget about her, you couldn't. Everything that you did, reminded you of Kara. You needed to talk to someone about this. Humans talked to people to help deal with their emotions and it was about time you talked about all your troubles. It's why after several years of not speaking to your sister, you visited her in her time zone.
"I know that I'm not suppose to feel like this but I can't help it. She's just..I can't even describe it. The more I talk about her or the more I think about her, the worse these feelings get. Have you ever felt like this (your sister's name)?"
"Once in a lifetime ago. I went to go talk to father about what was going on and he didn't want to risk losing me. He switched my assigned time zone with (brother's name). I was never able to go back to see him and as the years went on, it became easier to forget about him until eventually he just became a distant memory."
You stayed quiet, trying to process what she was saying. You didn't want to forget about Kara. She had been the only good thing in your entire life and that was saying something. You've lived for millions of years and yet she was the only one to make you feel like this.
"I know what you're thinking, (y/n). It's not worth it. In a couple of years, you'll forget about her and never even think about her. She's a risk to your life. Please don't make me involve father. He was rather cruel with me about it and I would rather spare you all of that. Promise me that you'll stay away from her."
"(sisters name)..."
"Promise me!"
"I promise. I've already taken too much of your time. I'll let you go now. Father won't be happy if he realizes that we're not doing our routine check."
"Father can be such a dick sometimes but I can understand him."

Kara had been devastated when she realized you had disappeared. Although it had only been a week, she had quickly fallen in love with you. It's why she had begged Lena and Winn to figure out a way to communicate with you but their tries failed. She was beginning to lose hope after several months without seeing you when she suddenly remembered what would get you to come back. An attempt to mess with the timeline would surely bring you back.
