You/Lena Luthor - Asleep

Summary: You fall asleep on her lap

You smiled when your eyes landed on your sleeping wife and baby. It had been a late night at work so you figure Lena had waited for you to come home. Careful to put your things down quietly, you walked over to her. You leaned down to carry (baby's name) and led her back to her room. 

You tucked her in and turned on the baby camera before making your way downstairs. 

You debated as to whether or not to wake up Lena considering that she looked like she was sleeping comfortably. In the end, you chose to leave her sleeping. You were sure she was going to end up waking on her own. 

Walking to the kitchen, you grabbed a quick snack and then headed back to the living room. It made you smile when you noticed Lena was lightly snoring. It was honestly adorable when she always denied the fact that she snored when you told her. 

Since you're unable to actually sleep without being in Lena's arms or her being in your arms, you decided to sit on her lap. You made sure to be careful as to not wake her up. After finally getting comfortable, you closed your eyes and fell asleep.

Lena wakes up early in the morning was she hears her alarm ring. Her neck is killing her and she suddenly feels something heavier than (baby's name). She opens her eyes to find that you had taken their place and as much as she wanted to get mad at you for not waking her up, she couldn't.  You looked so cute as you slept. Lena knew that you didn't have work so she picked you up and carried you back to your shared bed. You whined as she laid you down but didn't wake up. 

When you finally woke up an hour later, you found that she had left a note for you. 

You looked too adorable to wake up so I let you sleep. (baby's name) is already fed so she won't wake up for another hour or so. I'll be home at 5. I also left you some breakfast. Love you!

After reading the letter, you sent her a message.

'Love you too! Thank you for the breakfast. Can't wait for you to come home. We'll be waiting for you.'

Lena smile as she read the message. Despite how frustrating things were, you always made her feel. She replied to her message and continued on with her meeting.
