Part 7-who could it be ?

Yoongi's POV

Who could it be ? I thought as I looked at the clock that hung on my wall..

It showed 2.35 A.M

Is it possible that what happened 7 years ago could be linked with this..

But who could possibly do it

They say they don't have an enemies , then why ...

Who could it be

*knock knock*

I heard a knock on the door

"Come in."
I spoke

The door opened revealing y/n

"You couldn't sleep?"  I asked to which she nodded

"So what do you wanna do?"

"No its just that I can't sleep."

"Why?"

"I had a nightmare where I saw my mother dying again."

She got teary eyed.

What I did next to myself by surprise , I pulled her in my embrace as I wrapped my arms around her.

Her Soft whispers turned into sobs and then she started weeping.
I caressed her hair as I tried to calm her down.

"Its okay, you can cry all you want." I told her ...

I put my arm in front of my eyes as the sun rays fell on my eyes disturbing my sleep .

I rubbed my eyes as I yawned , suddenly I felt a presence beside me.

Oh shit

"Y/n." I spoke softly

Her eyelids opened as she started to get up on her elbows.

Her handed rested on my hand and that's when she realised.

"Y-yoongi" she spoke as she moved her head in my direction.

"Uh I am s-Sorry , I d-Didnt know how." I quickly got up

"No , its my fault , it was me who came in your room and then." She spoke as she started to get up from my bed

"Careful." I got by her side as she almost tripped

Holding her hand , I once again noticed her appearance closely

So innocent

Only if you could see yourself in the mirror , only if you could see how beautiful you are.

She sensed my presence as my breath tickled on her neck .

I could notice goosebumps on her neck and that just made me want to do something even more.

An evil idea appeared in my mind as i inches further close to her and blew some air on her neck making her shiver ..
Her ears pricked and I could tell that her heartbeat had gotten faster.

"Hahah" I laughed as she turned her head towards my direction.

"Did you just ." She hit me angrily

"Okay okay I am sorry"

I was at my office when suddenly my phone rang

"Hello?" I asked

"Sir , we found out the the address of the car that hit Ms y/n 's mother the other day"

"Really thats great!send it to me."

A second later a bell was heard and there it was the address of the murderer.

Why does it seems so familiar 

That's it! I am going there right away.

I pulled over to a familiar neighbourhood as I took in my surroundings.

That's it ! Its The Smiths neighbourhood
Does that mean that someone from their neighbourhood hit Y/n 's mom ..

I brought the car to a halt as I stepped out of it , I can't believe this , the house was just opposite to the Smiths' .
I rang the bell and waited

How would Mr Smith react if I told him that the one who killed his sister lives  just opposite to his house.
But why would someone from their neighbourhood kill y/N's mom.

Did y/N's mother had a connection with this person?

I thought as few things finally started to clear up on my head.

After a while a man who must be in his 40s appeared .

"Who are you?" He asked and I could sense smoke from his breath.

"Do you know that smoking kills." I smirked

"Who are you to tell me how to live,just mind you own business." He spit out

"I am Mom Yoongi and I am a Lawyer responsible for....." i emphasised on the word responsible as worry and concern got the best of him..

"Responsible for a hit and run case." I smiled sarcastically

"Ok so" he was casual

"Is this your car." I showed him the picture that I had printed

"Uh-no its not" a sweat slid down his forehead.

I pushed his gate open and there it was , the car with the same number plate.

Anger engulfed me as I grabbed his collar gritting my teeth .

"You!come with me." I forcefully brought him outside and pushed him in the car shutting the door close.
