hello! it's EJ :)

as of today (19th of january 2020) i have just hit 20k reads (and 600 votes!)

i don't really know where to begin - some people may thing i'm over exaggerating and making a big deal out out it, but it's hard to explain how much this means to me.

throughout my life i have loved writing, but every time i would hand it in at school it would be given a terrible score and it really knocked my confidence.

i would write these fanfics in secret, keep them in my notes and be terrified that someone would see them.

until one day i plucked up the courage to send one to my amazing friend rosemary.

she loved it! and it gave me this sudden confidence boost.

it felt amazing to receive positive feedback and in all honesty i was like hey, maybe other people would like this?

so (on impulse) i uploaded it to wattpad - i had never posted before and only had about three followers, i really thought it would get nowhere.

here's my book the day i posted it! (september 9th i believe?)

and it all spiralled from there, i became addicted to writing - and soon my book got some attention.

i know i haven't been an active wattpad writer for that long, and i know that it can take years for some books to get to this level - so i am extremely grateful, it means the absolute world to me.

so thank you.

cammy, although you don't like bts and don't read fanfics, you're always there to help me out and give me support - you're my best friend in the world and i couldn't have done it without you. (and keep up the writing yourself!)

raya - you always know what to say to make me feel good about myself, you read every update and regularly give me ideas - i wouldn't have kept going without you, thank you baby.

geena, you are one of the most talented, creative people i know, you give me unreal ideas and are always so modest about it, you too make me feel amazing and i always look forward to hearing what you have to say - thank you so much.

lexie, you have my heart dude - you always just jump on the chat and are quick to support me, i can talk to you about everything and i always feel safe with you, thanks for being there.

and rosemary, thank you for reassuring me, and encouraging me always - i really wouldn't have started writing if it wasn't for you, and now it contributes daily to my happiness, thank you for caring.
