Vanessa's pov

"Morning boss." Oscar grinned at me as i walked past the kitchen.

"Hey." I smiled at him before walking to my office.

Nothing but balloons red & pink and other cute gifts that filled the office space.

"Uhh.." i turned around confused as Oscar stood their smiling.

"Did you-"

"In a friend type of way i promise." He cleared up with a laugh as he handed me a card.

"Awww Oscar you didnt have to do all this..." i pouted as i gave him a hug.

"But you deserve it fool." He patted my head like i was some dog.

"Thank you." I sniffle.

Oscar's pov

"I know that you probably feel like a loner cause mando aint here but i promise you that you'll survive." I mention as she say in her swivel chair as she read her valentines day card.

"Sooo what are you doing on this special day?" She questioned.

"Well uh.. i asked Courtney on a date."

"No way." She beamed at me as i nodded.

"Thats awesome." She cheered.

Oh.

Not really the reaction i expected.

I remember in the beginning years of our relationship she'd get so jealous.

Now she's actually supporting me.

"Well i hope everything goes well." She smiled at me.

"You know you're always going to be the love of my life forever right?" I lift my cucumbers and look over to Ryder who currently had cucumbers on his face along with a face mask.

"Yes mommy. You tell me all the time." He lifted his cucumbers to look at me.

"Thank you for spending time with me." I smile at him. "Mommy misses Mando."

"I miss Mando too." He pouted.

"He'll be back soon."

"I know. He told me when he comes back that we'll go to Disney land."

"When did he say that?" I raise my brow.

"When he picked me up after school. A long time ago."

I nodded my head and we both proceeded to chill on my bed with face masks.
