kny as roommates (not ship based but i may or may not do that too lmao)

tanjiro & murata

- too chill they can change clothes infront of each other and no one would give a shit

- would take turns cooking breakfast depending on who wakes up first (mostly tanjiro honestly)

- nightly chats about how their day went, murata complaining about "terror teachers"

inosuke & zenitsu

- screaming

- "HEY PEPPA, YOU ATE MY FUCKING BACON THATS CANNIBALISM" "EXCUSE YOU, IM HASHIBIRA INOSUKE" "THAT'S NOT THE POINT"

- either of them would run to tanjiro's room after a fight; would awkwardly apologize to each other after and the cycle goes on

nezuko & makomo

- basically makomo treating nezuko like a little sister and making her wear some of her dresses

- they have toast or waffles for breakfast and convenience store snacks for dinner

- sometimes sleep on one bed and cuddle instead of fully occupying bunk bed

i'd put kanao with aoi, but kanao probably wouldn't be in a dorm. would be going home every afternoon instead.

genya & tokitou

- your typical "one is responsible and the other makes a mess"

- tokitou falling asleep on a bench outside and genya having to carry him back

- slowly putting together one of those large-ass jigsaw puzzles every night and genya conks out first; tokitou would buy another one everytime they complete the previous picture

the others are teachers on the official kimetsu gakuen au, but i'll be having everyone as students here. shinobu would also not be in the dorm like kanao.

aoi & kanroji

- upperclassman and lowerclassman rooming like tokitou and genya

(side note: i have a feeling tokitou would have skipped grades and would be on the same year as the older characters)

- sort of a tsundere kouhai with a carefree airhead senpai kind of dynamic, kanroji doing aoi's hair sometimes and taking a lot of pictures

- kanroji going out to buy snacks at 3 am

himejima & sanemi

- sanemi would usually storm in very angry and frustrated about, emphasis, A LOT of things

- himejima spending hours trying to get him to calm down and open up instead of just being mad

- "i'm going ahead" "did you eat breakfast" "no but that doesn't ma-" "SANEMI YOU HAVE TO EAT"

uzui & giyuu

- youtuber uzui streaming games late at night on weekends and giyuu listening to his fancy commentary while staring at the ceiling

- uzui playing pranks on giyuu and posting it on his socials (F in the chat)

- sabito coming over from a different school to make sure giyuu is not neglecting his health and uzui singing love songs in the distance

rengoku & iguro

- rengoku would open the curtains at 6 am on weekends and iguro would curl up in bed, hissing

- actually care about each other a lot despite the fact that they're polar opposites and don't talk much, and one would help out with the other's problems

- iguro hates people but just mostly doesn't give a shit about rengoku being there

(another side note, i imagine there was a time snake boi was drunk and openly swooned over kanroji while rengoku just sat there and occasionally said, "i see! i see!")
