- would probably sing idol songs tho, but we're sadly not allowed that kind of fanservice : (((

zenitsu:

- i mean, karaoke machines usually score by how loud your voice is, so he probably gets 100

- jokes aside, he does have superhuman ears (probably perfect pitch in modern) so he sings well. probably alternative rock??? plot twist; enka??? probably one or two love songs lol, or old songs from being around his jii-chan a lot

inosuke:

- picks rap (bc it sounds cool) but spouts incoherent words

- gives up halfway and joins nezuko in binging the snacks

genya:

- that one friend who whispers at the mic bc shy shy shy (there's girls in the room with them k)

- holds mic with both hands and slouches; sings upbeat pop songs but voice can't be heard over the music and outside noise

kanae:

- she doesn't really talk, so she's a little rough around the notes but her voice quality is  ｒｅｆｒｅｓｈｉｎｇ

- sings stuff like egoist or aimer (for reference)

- manly songs idk; gives jojo vibes but not exactly like that lol. would probably sing sono chi no sadame though because he also probably watches jojo in his idle time

- room so hot after he sing because  ｐａｓｓｉｏｎ and  ｙｏｕｔｈ

shinobu:

- would probably sing something elegant like nijiiro chouchou wagakki version (for reference). her genre is basically ur typical "lady"

- not really interested but she takes this on as a "representation" of her sister's hobbies the way it was in the canon anime

- tagged along just bc his brother acted like he wanted to go together. still goes home early though.

- doesn't actually sing much, but he does oblige when they hand the mic to him; would probably just pick mainstream songs like kenshi yonezu or one ok rock (for reference). monotone though so the room keeps up the hype by inserting adlibs and yelling them together

- just insert all the hanazawa kana (her voice actress) songs lol

- would probably also go for aimer bc that's kind of the common thing in jp. or idk, kyaru pamyu pamyu??? trying to use famous examples here lol probably secretly

uzui:

- is actually secretly tone deaf, and that's one of his complexes so he rejects the invite.

- sees giyuu waiting outside a different karaoke place and takes a picture to send to chat later

- he'd probably be working in a shrine every afternoon so doesn't really show up in after school hangouts (just going to tweak their ages a little bit for this ch)
