On the way to the village the masked man kept struggling and trying to escape "will you stop jesus we're trying to take you back" Jane said zoro turned and shot a glare at the man who instantly behaved Jane smirked at zoro and he turned around a small smile playing on his lips soon they reached the village a few villagers noticed them Jane started to untie the masked man and de gagged him the man ran towards the village "someone call the authority" someone called out "hurry" someone else called Jane heard a familiar voice from nearby "what are you doing back here" Jane turned to see Lucy standing near by she lifted her mask "Lucy your ok" Jane said looking at her "oh my god your face" Jane said bringing A hand to her mouth "oi Lucy what you doing talking to the outsiders and not wearing your mask" a man shouted coming up behind Lucy he was about to bring his hand down on Lucy Jane threw her sword pinning the man to the wall behind him by his shirt Jane went over and Lucy slowly lifted her head confused she saw that Jane had done what she did and was utterly shocked Jane removed the sword from where it was holding the man "why?" Jane asked "what?" The man asked quietly "why do you live like this" Jane said the man stopped and thought for a moment "because it is how our elders have taught us" the man said Jane nodded "and why do you do what you do to outsiders" Jane asked the man thought for a moment again "because it is how i was taught" Jane nodded at the mans words jane stepped away "do not hit her EVER again Jane said walking back o the group "excuse me you there miss why do you live this way?" Jane asked "because I was taught this way" the woman said quietly Jane asked a bunch of people around the same question and revived the same answer "don't you think it's time to start a new lesson" jane said the villagers nodded hesitantly "she's right!" Someone shouted Jane smiled the crew added little bits in jane turned to face the crew "Jane look out!" Sanji shouted Jane turned just as an arrow shot through her shoulder "son of a bitch" she said turning Around "what the hell!" Jane shouted and turned back o the crew "what the hell!" She said again, a large number of people appeared and surrounded them "surrender at once" one of them said they were all holding arrows Jane turned around once again "do you really think I'm going to do anything you say just because you shoot me with a little piece of wood" Jane said she grabbed a hold of the arrow and pushed it the rest of the way through a few of the people had horrified looks on their face's as James wound healed their faces turned to astonishment Jane smirked "we aren't here to harm anyone" luffy said the guards held their point "then why are you here?" Someone asked walking through the crowd "we are here to try and help relive the abuse take it away"sanji said the person finally emerged from the crowd standing before everyone the only one without a mask he had many large scars on His face Jane stood her arms crossed "our ways are just fine and none of your damn business the man shouted the crew argued with the man who finally had enough and threw a sword at the crew Jane stepped foreword and caught a hold of the swords blade gripping it tight in her hand she held it out everyone was silent "your right it is none of our business and you may think your ways are fine but not everyone thinks that way" Jane said examining the sword the man was astonished "I won't argue but I do have one thing to say" Jane said blood dripping from her hand "I will not stand by and watch as someone hurts another that I think of as friend" Jane said throwing the sword towards the ground sticking the blade halfway in the ground Jane stood with her eyes closed the mans jaw dropped the crew smirked "do and say what you will but I will not leave until" Jane paused "I kick your ass"she said holding up a fist the man stepped back slightly before laughing "you think a little girl like you could beat someone like me do you not see my scars I have endured more pain than you have lived" he said Jane smirked "i believe not sir" she said before drawing her sword she pointed it towards him "shall we begin captain?" Jane asked "of course I need some exercise" luffy said Jane nodded and battle broke out Jane made her way to the man fighting blade and blade she had him on the ground at swords end she picked up his sword holding them both against him she put her foot on his chest "call them off" she said he sighed "seize attack" he yelled Jane smiled and removed her foot she walked back to the crew "alright luffy you can say what we practiced" Jane said "Jane look out!" Franky shouted Jane turned around just as a blade pierced her stomach she was shocked and spat out blood before dropping to her knees spitting out blood "I told you a little girl like you wouldn't be able to beat me" the man said laughing the crew all looked towards her she was on all fours blood dropping from her mouth her shocked expression soon turned to a smile then a laugh she straighten her back she grabbed the sword and pulled it from her body cutting her shirt open in the process revealing all her scars she slowly got up "and I told you I couldn't be beaten" she said the mans face was one of shock "your that girl" he said before he could finish his sentence she swung leaving him to drop to the ground she left the sword stuck in the ground and walked back to the crew luffy began to speak Jane held a hand over her fresh wound as she sat against a tree behind everyone "I hate it when you do that" zoro said jane looked at him confused "when you put yourself in danger you could die" he said she laughed "sweetheart I still have a lot of years left before I'm going to bite the dust" she said before stopping from the pain zoro say with her she looked towards him and he kissed her "ow" she said he moved away confused "ow?" he asked "its still tender" she said looking down "oi chopper" zoro shouted chopper came running over "what up" he asked zoro pointed at Jane and he nodded before bandaging Jane up nice Jane smiled soon they finished with the village and went back to the ship leaving Lucy in charge of the village back on the ship Jane pulled off her jacket and went to her room she tossed her jacket to the end of the bed before changing into shorts and a crop top She then went back to the deck and sat up in her usual spot as the ship departed from the island the sea breeze in her hair she relaxed and was soon joined by zoro she took a hold of his hand and rested her head on his shoulder she smiled "it's nice to relax" she said he nodded in agreement "it's nice to relax with someone you care about" she said zoro turned his head towards her she sat up "what?" She asked "you care about me?" He asked she nodded "of course I don't just care about you I love you zoro" she said smiling and closing her eyes she felt something press against her lips she opened her eyes to see zoro kissing her she closed her eyes again growing deeper into the kiss zoro put his arm on the other side of her as they grew deeper into the kiss she moved her hands up to his chest and shoulder also bending her knee they heard someone say something "hey you two lovebirds" Jane and zoro jumped to the sudden voice jane looked over to see sanji her face flushed red zoro quickly moved away his face flush red as well "if your wondering how I knew you guys were back here lets just say I'm smart" sanji said "now if you'd stop making out and come eat" sanji said "sanji" Jane said standing up "hmm" he asked "don't tell any of the others please" Jane said "I won't tell anyone about what I just saw you have my promise jane" he said with a smile she smiled still blushing zoro stood up both their faces red as they followed sanji to the kitchen for dinner quickly eating awkwardly before Jane left the room quickly "what was that about?" Everyone questioned before turning to zoro "what? I don't know" he said eating Jane went to her room and flopped down on the bed "that was awkward" she said her face still flush from before she soon fell asleep she woke awhile later to the sound of the door closing she quickly opened her eyes she saw zoro entering the room she quickly relaxed "sorry" he said she smiled and sat up "its not your fault I'm just a little jumpy" Jane said zoro smirked as he pulled his shirt off Jane removed her jacket and tossed it to the floor "I need a new jacket" she said with a sad expression zoro smiled and put a hand on her shoulder "don't worry" zoro said sitting next to her she hugged him before they laid down and fell asleep. Jane woke the next morning zoro was already gone "I guess I slept in" she said yawning she stretched and got up she moved the curtain at the window looking outside it seemed warm Jane pulled her jeans off and removed the bandages from her new tattoos then put on a pair of shorts she admired the colour in the Katana before putting on a crop top and pulling out a button down blouse she left it unbuttoned and hung loosely from her shoulders she grabbed her katanas before she left the room she went to the kitchen where sanji greeted her and gave her a plate of food she smiled and thanked him "you slept in this morning" sanji said with a smile Jane blushed a tad as she ate her food "I can't blame you though you got pretty beaten up the past couple days" sanji said Jane nodded she soon finished her food and sanji began washing dishes Jay went out to the deck where she was instantly tackled by luffy after hitting the deck hard on her back she winced a moment before shouting "LUFFY" he laughed "sorry about that we were playing on the swing" he said Jane was not impressed she had been having problems with her back and shoulder from the impalements she had endured she winced again as luffy got up she laid there for a minute "hey are you okay?" Luffy asked Jane shook her head before she started laughing "what's wrong with you? your not okay yet your laughing? That's weird" luffy said usopp and chopper came over "luffy what are you doing?" Usopp asked "she said she's not okay but she's laughing I don't get it" luffy said after hearing the commotion zoro came over just as he walked over chopper shouted "it's pain relief you idiot" chopper said "when you landed on her you probably hurt her back she still has fresh injures" chopper said Jane kept laughing zoro slowly picked her up and sighed "dammit luffy you need to learn to be more careful" zoro said strictly luffy's face fell "party pooper" he said zoro sighed "zoro run her a hot bath ok" chopper said zoro nodded and Made his way to James bedroom shutting the door behind him she walked into the bathroom he filled the bath with warm water Jane had finally stopped laughing "uh so your gonna want your privacy so I'll be in the other room if you need me" he said "you only have to leave until I get in" she said zoro nodded before leaving Jane stood up and undressed before getting into the bath a tear attempting to fall from her eye from the pain she called for him to come in once she was in the bath lots of bubbles he entered and sat nearby but not so close that he could see anything "does it feel any better at all?" He asked she shook her head "no not yet I landed pretty hard" she said he looked at her with a small look of pain in his eyes "but don't worry I'll be fine" she said he smiled a little Jane lifted some bubbles into her hands and blew them at zoro sticking in his hair "oi what are you doing" he said she giggled before blowing more bubbles from her hands he looked at her with a mischievous smirk "oh no" she said he stood up "if I come over there I won't see anything will I?" He asked Jane looked at herself "nope" she said he nodded and approached before he placed his hand near her feet lifting the bubbles he wiped them on her head he laughed "hey now" she said he chuckled Jane put more bubbles on his face he laughed the two began to throw bubbles at each other until they started depleting "ok I think I'll get out now" she said zoro nodded "just turn around" she said zoro turned around and Jane grabbed a towel as she stood up and wrapped herself in it she stepped out "you can look now" she said he turned back and Jane unplugged the drain in the tub allowing the water to drain she turned back to face zoro who lifted her up to kiss her she smiled when the parted she grabbed her clothes and entered the bedroom she pulled her underwear and shorts on under the towel and pulled the towel up to her shoulders facing the corner as she put her bra on she dropped the towel once it was on she turned around and saw zoro was sitting on the bed looking away "your a true gentleman" she said he smiled and faced her Jane pulled on her shirts from before and grabbed Her katanas again before walking with zoro out to the deck "in a few days we should be getting to the next island" nami said "right" the crew said zoro and jane just now joining the conversation "oh look their back" usopp said "Jane does your back feel better?" Chopper asked Jane nodded with a smile chopper smiled back and the group dispersed a bit "took a bath with her did ha dirty Marimo" sanji said to zoro "no stupid cook" zoro said "then whys your hair all wet?" Sanji pointed zoro blushed a bit before liking at the floor "she threw bubbles at me" he said in defeat "so you did bathe together" sanji said "no I was sitting on the other side of the room" zoro said "whatever you say marimo" sanji said before walking away zoro was flustered but quickly pulled himself together as Jane walked over "your hair is a little sudsy" she said giggling zoro glared at her in a playful manor before sitting up in the crows nest. in a few days they arrived at the next town just as nami said everyone departed from the ship to pick up supplies Jane walked into a clothing store with nami Jane grabbed a couple jackets from the rack and tried them on she decided to buy a black leather trench coat with a hood, a tan trench with a collar and a white trench with a hood Jane paid for them before she and nami went back to the ship retina up with the others "hey usopp wheres zoro?" Luffy asked "he's right ...... AGAIN" usopp shouted Jane giggled "I'll go find him" she said running into the ship coming back out with her black trench coat on "it looks like your not wearing pants" luffy said pointing sanji smacked him "luffy manors" sanji said Jane giggled she looked down she was wearing shorts and a plaid shirt Jay shrugged "I'll find him by tomorrow morning" she said laughing she jumped from the ship onto a rooftop on the other side of the docks she waved before jumping on ward around the town rooftop to rooftop "ZORO" she shouted she listened for a response "nothing" she said beginning to become a little worried she started jumping around again doing flips during "zoro" she shouted again stil she got no response the sun was beginning to set "I thought it was this way" she heard someone say "huh?" She mumbled and jumped towards the voice landing in the alley behind the person "I guess I made a wrong turn guess I'll go back to that turn" the man said turning around "huh Jane? What are you doing here?" Zoro asked jane laughed "I've been looking for you" she said walking up to him "are you surprised to see me?" She asked he shrugged "I guess" he said she shook her head "come on we're going back to the ship" she said taking his hand he smirked and they started walking Jane had to make sure zoro was following her exactly or else she would loose him again "I don't see how you can get lost so easily" Jane said "oi what's that suppose to mean" he said Jane laughed "oh nothing" she said smiling soon they were back at the ship "told you I'd find him before tomorrow" Jane said sanji laughed "I guess you were right" sanji said Jane nodded and everyone went in for dinner after eating and a long conversation everyone decided to turn in for the night Jane was awaken by the sound of footsteps she quickly sat up she looked over to see zoro was out cold Jane pulled the blanket off and got up she pulled her pants on before going to the door she opened it quietly and peered into the dark hallway she heard the sound of footsteps again she turned her head towards the noise slowly leaving the room the sound was coming from the main deck so Jane slowly made her way there making sure not to wake anyone up she opened the doors and stepped out she looked around before she felt something knock her in the back of the head she dropped the last thing she saw was nami and robin being carried away before she lost conscious.
She woke again in the infirmary she saw chopper mixing medicines and zoro sitting beside her "what the hell" she mumbled grabbing her head as she sat up "oh your awake" chopper said turning around "what happened?" Jane asked "we would like to ask you the same we woke up this morning and you were passed out on the deck" chopper said janes eyes widened as her memory came flooding back "NAMI AND ROBIN" she shouted jumping out of the bed "Jane you need to sit down" chopper said in panic "jane do you know what happened to them?" Sanji asked entering the room Jane sat down after chopper forced her "i'll explain what happened" Jane said she began to explain "then someone knocked me on the back of the head and the last thing I remember were some creepy men carrying them off" Jane said she looked down "it's all my fault I should have been more prepared" Jane said "well on the bright side we now know what happened to them" sanji said "but that doesn't explain why they only took nami and robin why not Jane to" zoro said Jane looked down at her apparel "well it was dark and I kinda look like a dude" Jane said standing up she pulled her good up over her face everyone agreed and they went out to the deck "ok Franky brook you two stay here in case those creeps come back, usopp you and chopper look around the town , Jane, zoro you take the roof tops luffy and I will cover the outside of town meet back here at sun down" sanji said everyone agreed and went out to search Jane took a hold of zoro and jumped up to the roof tops "I hate it when you do that I wasn't prepared" zoro said "aw baby were you scared?" Jane asked looking at zoro with a cute look on her face zoro scoffed "of course not" he said Jane giggled and kissed his cheek "there feel better?" She asked "maybe" zoro said and the two began searching jumping across rooftops "oi zoro the sun is setting we should head back" Jane shouted between jumps "alright let's go" he shouted back Jane quickly made her way to zoro "ready?" She asked zoro nodded hesitantly Jane took ahold of him and jumped making her way back towards the ship she could feel Zoro's grip tighten around her she kissed his lips gently "there's nothing to be scared of" she whispered "I I'm not scared" he said shaking a little Jane giggled as they landed on the ship Jane saw everyone was accounted for except sanji she furrowed her eyebrows "where's sanji?" She asked "he said he knew where nami and robin were and he was going alone" luffy said Jane looked at him shocked her jaw dropping a bit "you mean to tell me you let him go off on his own?" Jane asked luffy nodded "Idiot" Jane said she walked towards the ship "He said something about a church" luffy said Jane nodded she went to her room Jane changed her clothes before pulling her black trench coat with the hood on covering her face Jane tucked her katanas into her jacket that hung from her waist Jane left her room going to the deck "I'll be back in an hour" Jane said with a smirk before jumping from the ship "are you sure we should let her go alone?" Usopp and Franky asked in sync zoro laughed "you let that idiot cook go alone? And your asking that?" Zoro said the two looked at him confused "you must not have seen her pissed off" zoro said the two still looked confused but zoro sat on the edge of the ship waiting not allowing anyone else to leave. Jane jumped from roof top to roof top until she reached one of the churches she landed right out front the doors she smirked "this is gonna be fun".
