[42] Work

It's been two weeks since I started back at college, and tonight is my first shift back at inferno after taking a couple of weeks off to move houses and get settled in.

I'm feeling good about going to work tonight, I haven't seen anyone in what feels like weeks, (maybe that's because it has been) and I'm looking forward to seeing them all tonight.

I make my way downstairs dressed in some tight black jeans, heels, and a low cut top.

"Ooof, really babe?" Enzo smirks as he looks me up and down "How is a man meant to work knowing his girl is at work looking like this?"

"Like what?" I smile sweetly up at him

"Like a fucking snack." He licks his lips

I giggle loudly at his words. "Stop that, if anyone in this house is a snack it's you." I wink at him

"Fuck it, shall we both call in sick?"

"No." I shake my head "I'll deal with you after work, I'm dying to see everyone, Adrianna, Noah, Elle and I are all working tonight."

"Fine" he groans playfully

"Will we take one car?" I question

"Of course, I'll drop you off and pick you up." He nods.

We arrive at the bar with twenty minutes to spare and make our way to the backdoor. Using my key I unlock it and we make our way down the hall. "Hello" I sing-song as we reach the end of hall and walk into the bar area

"I thought we'd never see you again." Noah jokes

"I moved Noah, I didn't die." I giggle softly

"Mia!" Adrianna squeals and runs over wrapping her arms around me, squeezing me tight. "I missed you."

"I missed you too." I let out a breathy laugh as she squeezes me

"Sorry" she giggles and moves away. "How's life with old cranky pants here." She waves her finger at Enzo

"He's never cranky." I giggle "it's been good, really good. I like it just the two of us." I smile up at Enzo

"It's nice coming home to someone you love every day that's for sure." He kisses my head as he wraps his arm around me

"Awww" Elle gushes as she makes her way into the room. "You two are so cute."

I smile shyly and look up at Enz once more who's also smiling. I've never felt this way about anyone, I never knew it was possible. I look at him and I love him so much I feel like my heart is going to burst, I didn't know it was possible to feel the way I do about him, but I do.

"I'll leave you to it, and get back to being the cranky second in charge" Enzo smirks and leans down pressing a kiss to my lips "I'll pick you up when you're done. I love you."

"Be safe, I love you." I kiss him back and watch as he leaves. Once he's gone I turn back to the girls "what's all this cranky Enzo stuff then?"

"Apparently he's always cranky at work." Adrianna giggles

"Marco says the boys are more scared of him then Andre, he likes to get stuff done on his time and takes his work very seriously. He apparently told them to hit up tramps on tinder in their own time, not on his." Elle laughs loudly

"Oh gosh, he's an old man already and it's been two weeks since we've been living together." I giggle

"Well if you ask me, I think the two of you are going to be living together for the rest of your lives" Adrianna gushes "If you two don't get married and have children then there is no hope for the rest of us."
