When I opened my locker on the next day, I found a strange note inside …
It was a nameless piece of paper …
It said: "I'll be waiting for you on the roof during the lunch break"
Since then, all I have been thinking about was that note …
I couldn't pay much attention to classes because of that
And it's finally the break …
As soon as the bell rang I headed to the roof
Still not knowing what's gonna happen I opened the door
There, stood a girl with light brown hair
Yeah, it was Shiroi
"Yo ~ were you waiting for me?" I asked making sure that she's the one who left me that note or she's just here by accident
She didn't answer, she gave me a box instead
"What's that? Why are you giving it to me?"
"It's because …… you …"
She continued while looking away: "You told him … about how was I feeling … and … he comforted me … and apologized … and …"
She raised her tone: "Just take it okay!"
"Heeeeh ~ soo should I take that as a 'thank youuu' ~ ?" I teased her with a smile
She sat on the ground after glaring silently
I opened it with an expression of happiness and surprise
"Can I really have it …… ?"
"I think I just handed it to you, didn't I?"
"Aaah I miss the delicious taste of your handmade lunchbox … your cooking skills got even better" I said with a calm tone as I enjoyed the food
Well, I eat a homemade lunchbox everyday … but eating one from your girlfriend ……
Err - I mean the girl who was once your girlfriend ……… feels really different
I couldn't help but to remember our happy days … and how the warmth of her heart has faded away
It was silence for moment till she miffed: "Where are you looking!? Pervert!"
Noticing where my eyes are, I guessed that she probably thought that I'm looking at her chest ……
"Your necklace idiot! Your NECKLACE!"
I completed: "You know … that necklace is the one I bought for you in our second date … we went to a jewelry store as you said that you've always wanted to try the matching couples thingies … so I bought it for you"
I put my hand in my shirt taking out mine "See … I have the exact same one … I never take it off …… well expect for showering" I chuckled trying to smooth the serious situation out here
"……… Why?"
"Hm?"
"Why is that? Why are you still wearing it when I'm not your girlfriend anymore?"
"Well … because ………" I slightly rubbed the back of my neck "because I treasure the memories of all the time I spent with you … even If you don't remember any of it … I'll keep treasuring it … forever"
"Anyway I guess we'd better return to the class" I said before she could say anything then headed downstairs again

It was … kind of unlike him to say something like that …
Anyway, knowing that I have no time to think about such a thing I returned downstairs
On my way to class one of my teachers called me
"Tanaka san … can you tell your classmates that there will be a class of revision tomorrow ?"
"Ah … yes sure" I answered then headed to class
Well I said yes though I don't like to shout out loud to the whole class ………
Hmm … I think I may ask Keita to tell them … though I don't want to do that either …
During the class another teacher entered and informed the students about the revision class
I got relieved …
Now I don't have to shout out loud or to ask anyone to do that …
At the end of the school day I recieved a message
I checked it to see that it was from Emi
"Shirooooi come to the bakery right noow! We're having a trouble"
