Peter said when he didn't dodge fast enough and got a knife into the side of his torso.

"Oh my Thor! Peter! What the hell!"
Tony shouted when Peter slammed into a window and Tony had to let him in and saw the knife sticking out of Peter's side.
"I got stabbed. It really should be paying rent for the time that it's been staying in here. Such a freeloader."
"Med-Bay. Now!"

"So what's the new rule Peter?"
Tony asked when Peter was in the Med-Bay and he had been all stitched up and a bandage was over the wound.
"Tell Mr Stark or a responsible and trustworthy adult like Steve and Natasha or a young adult like Wanda and Pietro if I've been stabbed."
Peter said.
"Yes. Very good."
Tony ruffled Peter's hair and the teenager pouted even more.
