after a week soonyoung finally convinced jihoon to let him take him on a date. jihoon had made excuses for the several times soonyoung had asked him before but this time soonyoung had caught him slipping.
jihoon was laying in bed while he waited for soonyoung to finish getting ready. jihoon found it amusing that soonyoung always took so long in the morning even though his look always seemed so low maintenance.
jihoon was stuck in thought and had pulled his shirt up and was looking at his baby bump. he wasn't aware of how much it had grown since the last doctor's appointment. it was noticeable when you looked but not when he wore shirts.
soonyoung walked back into the bedroom and jihoon didn't seem to notice. soonyoung looked to jihoon's belly and let out a gasp. jihoon almost
never lifted up his shirt unless it was at the doctor's office or if he was changing. it was soonyoung's first time really noticing the bump as well. he hurried over and bent over to get closer to the bump.
"our baby is in there!" soonyoung said with a childish smile on his face and jihoon couldn't help but smile too.
"soonyoung?" jihoon asked and soonyoung stood up straight but kept his eyes on the bump.
"hm?" soonyoung hummed and jihoon let out a sigh.
"i know this is stupid but.. are you sure you're not gonna wanna leave after i have the baby?" jihoon asked and soonyoung began to pout.
"im staying! even if you try to get rid of me! it's you, me and our baby forever!" soonyoung said as he plopped onto the bed next to jihoon and hugged him.
jihoon smiled and nodded as he held onto soonyoung. he couldn't help but think how ignorant he was to try and do it all on his own in the beginning. jihoon knew now that he wouldn't want to do it any other way than with soonyoung. his sweet thoughts were interrupted by the familiar feeling of morning sickness.
"soonyoung let go," jihoon said and soonyoung shook his head.
"soonyoung. now. im gonna-" jihoon said but shoved soonyoung off as he couldn't hold it in anymore and dashed for the bathroom.
he released the puke into the toilet and sat on his knees as he puked a second time. soonyoung felt bad and got the usual morning sickness treatment ready. soonyoung grabbed a wet rag, blanket, water, and vitamins. food was touchy so soonyoung didn't get it until jihoon asked.
soonyoung put the things down and sat next to jihoon just rubbing his back. soonyoung wiped the corners of jihoon's mouth getting rid of any nasty that was left. jihoon took a few drinks of water and took his vitamins then snuggled his way into soonyoung's arms.
they did this often as jihoon had morning sickness a lot. soonyoung held jihoon on the bathroom floor and comforted whenever he threw up. soonyoung knew that the date would have to be cancelled but he didn't mind. the date was an excuse to spend extra time with jihoon anyway but when he looked at the sleepy boy in his arms he knew he had all the time in the world.
"i want to spend forever with you," soonyoung said and jihoon just grinned.
"calm down there.." jihoon replied as he teased soonyoung who just frowned.
"forever isn't long enough dummy,"
"the cold lee jihoon wants to spend forever with me? waaahhh!"
"i'll hit you,"
