Starpaw wandered angrily through the forest.
She was mad. She then decided that she should go back to the camp.
She saw Flamepelt. "Flamepelt! You are a good cat, what do I do?"
Flamepelt purred. "Do what your heart says."
Flamepelt's mate, Nightrain, came over to the cats.
"Does it matter that Redfur and Lakepool like each other?" Flamepelt said, shrugging.
"Yes. It's against The Ten Lost Laws of The Clans!" Starpaw meowed, calmer this time.
Nightrain swiftly scanned the area, as if he thought someone was watching them.
Then Flamepelt walked away.
Nightrain cried and ran off into the forest.
Tears fell down Starpaw's face. She walked over to a tree. This is where we had our first training session... Starpaw thought, thinking of Hawkfrost.
Then, her belly stirred. A twig fell on to her pelt. Then she remembered everything! About Firestar, the forest, and the prophecy!
Starpaw yowled once more.
