"No you are not! If you were, I would know!" Brackenfur snarled.

Starpaw, now Stargleam jumped off the ledge, tail between her legs. She was embarrassed.
Why won't anyone believe me? Stargleam wondered.
Stargleam was a mixture of angry and depressed.
How could Brackenfur not believe her? She was a great cat!
Then, the sky was consumed into darkness.
The she-cat saw Cloudtail and Mothwing. She stayed hidden. Once they were gone, Stargleam jumped out of the bush. She saw Redfur and Lakepool.
"Did you tell Ashfur and Hawkfrost that they could come back?" Stargleam asked.
"No." Lakepool whispered.
There were cats creeping up on Stargleam. By the time she noticed, it was too late.
A cat walked up to her. It was Hollyleaf!
"We can't let you live, Stargleam. You know too much." Hollyleaf growled, leaping at Stargleam.
Stargleam could barley move. She collapsed on the grass, a little blood flowing out of her paws. She felt something move inside of her.
She was expecting kits!
