Hollyleaf heard Stargleam and started to run towards her.
But, a Starclan cat jumped in front of her. Hollyleaf was surprised when she had clawed Cinderpelt instead of her original target, Stargleam.
Stargleam would have cried, but she felt her kits coming out. She let out a small, faint screech as a little blood flowed from her belly.
Once Hollyleaf had chased Cinderpelt away, she ran towards Stargleam once again.
But then, Bluestar jumped in front of Stargleam and growled.
The two cats hissed and scratched each other. Then, Bluestar ran back up into the sky, screeching because of the pain she was experiencing.
Stargleam pushed. She saw her kits coming out. There wasn't a medicine cat nearby, so she was going to give birth in the clearing.
But, then she saw Jayfeather running to her, with lots of herbs in his jaws.
He helped Stargleam give birth.
Then, the kits came out!
