Afrah's POV

"Are you okay?" Junaid asked me since I just sat there, barely eating my food.

"What was inside that black folder? You didn't let me see it," I ask although that's not what's been in my mind.

"Is that what's bothering you? You could've just asked. A few days ago I received a mail post from Sayan Factory from Canada. I'm not sure whether he really meant to send it to me or not, but I know that the documents he sent me seemed very strange. I wanted to ask him what was that for, but he asked me in one of the papers, not to mention it by email. So I sent him a postage back and he replied asking me to find out who's behind ZN light, which is the company that he gets deliveries from. I came to the conclusion that he was probably being blackmailed, or else he wouldn't want me to keep it a secret." He explained, which was quite confusing.

"How do you know he's telling the truth?" I ask him.

"That's what I asked myself until he told me that, if I find out whoever's behind ZN light, I would have found out who's the leader of the whole gang organisation that ordered to kidnap you."

"How does he even know I was kidnapped?"

"Exactly. I don't know how he found out. But whoever that leader is, he's behind ZN light and also has some kind of deal with Sayan Factory, although Sayan Factory doesn't know who that man is, either." He answers and I realize how confusing all of this is becoming day by day.

On leaving the restaurant, I suppose I got distracted for a few seconds and didn't realize a bicycle coming my way. Junaid pulled me towards him and that's when I noticed the bicycle.

"Are you okay?" He asks once again as I shift away from him.

"Mmm-hmm," I nodded lightly before getting inside his car and waiting for him to turn to the driver's side. I didn't utter a single word during the car ride all the way back home. We arrived home and there was Ms Aminah waiting for us.

"Assalamualeikum," She greets and I give her a smile, hugging her soon after.

"Waaleikumu Salam," I respond along with Junaid.

"What took you guys so long?"

"We went out to eat," I explain.

"I'm going to go get changed," Junaid says to Ms Aminah.

"Where are you going?"

"I have pending work to finish," He answers and she nods.

"Don't be too late, and if you are, just call me and let me know." She says and he nods, going to his room. "Are you okay?" Ms Aminah asks I guess noticing my expression.

"Yes, I'm fine." I try a smile, "I'm going to go upstairs now,"

"Did he do anything? You seem very thoughtful today." She points out.

"What?... Oh, no. It's nothing," I smile trying to reassure her.

"You remind me of myself when I was young." She tells me as she rolled her wheelchair towards the couch. I follow her and sit by her side when she tapped the spot nearest to her on the sofa, for me to sit down. "I also used to be quite the jealous type." She adds with a smile.

"What?" I ask in confusion.

"Nicole told me how you were quite jealous whenever she went to speak to Assad and that you misunderstood what was going on." She clears my confusion, but now I'm mad at Nicole. How dare she!?

"Whoa, she's quick at spreading information." I think out loud and Ms Aminah smiles. "It's not like I was jealous, I just_"

"It's fine, you don't need to explain anything to me. I just want to ask you to be careful. I don't want you to end up hurt."
