"This suits you so well!" Haerin squealed.

The girls walked around the mall, entering every stall they see even if the stall was for men. Well, the boys...are far from amused.

Jeno had a long face, holding some of the paper bags that they've bought while Haechan carried their bags together with the other paper bags to help Jeno.

"Why did I sign up for this?" Haechan frowned.

"Boys, faster! We'll buy these." Haerin laughed together with Hyejin.

They both looked at each other, contemplating on whether to leave them alone but they knew that they shouldn't.

"Coming~" Haechan faked a smile.

...

"Okay so we got...two pairs of shoes each and a bunch of dresses with three sling bags and a best friend necklace." Haerin beamed.

Hyejin tried to smile but she can't accept the fact that Haerin bought all the things with her own money. She wanted to pay but Haerin kept on saying no which made her more frustrated.

Haerin started to work for part time jobs since last year even if her boyfriend is already a millionaire. She couldn't just depend her needs and money on Haechan since it would hurt her pride.

That's what hurt Hyejin more. Haerin worked for different jobs to earn money, only to spend it for her.

She's a thief, that's true, but she considered Haerin as her friend and she would never steal something from her friend. It feels like she stole all the money Haerin payed for her things.

"Hey, are you okay?"

"Oh um...yeah...just um...guilty?"

"Why?" Haerin furrowed her eyebrows.

"I feel like a gold digger who only use you for money." Hyejin lowered her head.

"Oh honey, that's not true~ I payed for them because i wanted to prove to you that I'm your friend no matter what."

"But...I can't give anything to yo-"

"You don't need to...think of these are my gifts for you for your birthday, holidays, Christmas, valentines and New year."

Haerin laughed and hugged Hyejin. The girl hugged back tightly and a tear unknowingly fell from her eye; touched by the words she said.

"What about the boys?" Hyejin looked at the two frowning boys who talked with each other.

"What about them?"

"Aren't we gonna give them something or buy something for them?"

"Nah...I'll go make up with Haechan later."

...

"Okay, that's enough. My turn."

Haechan pulled his girlfriend's wrist out of Hyejin's hold and quickly walked away leaving Jeno and Hyejin together.

"What the fuck?" Jeno barked.

"Let them be...I feel bad for taking Haerin from Haechan."

"He never felt bad when he took her away from me." He whispered.

"What?"

"Nothing."

Hyejin noticed his tensed state so she debated on whether to ask him about it or not.

"Do you mind if i ask you something?"

"I do...so don't ask."

"...Anyways, I've noticed this before." She hesitantly said. "Do you perhaps...like Haerin?"

Jeno stopped walking before turning dangerously slow to her making her quiver. He gritted his teeth before staring at his surroundings, noticing that some people were looking at them.

"I did...but not anymore."

With that, he walked straight leaving the girl with a far distance. He sighed as he remembered that the girls needed someone to accompany them so he quickly turned back.
