Chapter 70

With windows and blinds opened, sunlight beamed unto their faces as the two hugged each other on the bed. Jeno's face scrunched up and climbed out of bed to close the blinds earning a whine from the girl who stayed on the bed.

"Hug me."

Hyejin had both her arms up, earning a disgusted face from Jeno but was soon carried out of bed as she was placed inside the bathroom by Jeno. Another whine came out of her lips and extended her arms out once again but it was slapped away by Jeno.

"Wash your face first."

"I hate you so much."

"You're welcome."

Closing the door gently, Jeno chuckled and walked downstairs, greeting his members a good morning. His never ending smile got wider as he went inside the kitchen, seeing Shotaro, Jaemin and Sungchan cooking breakfast together.

"Oh~ Sungchan and Shotaro can cook?"

"A little bit." Shotaro giggled.

The three of them smiled at the otter-looking boy's cuteness making him look away from embarrassment. Jaemin on the other hand kept on cooking and soon enough, the dining table was filled with all the members together with the girls.

"Ooh~ pancakes." Chenle cooed.

"I got waffles." Jisung pouted.

"Your pancake have abs then."

Hyejin sat beside Jeno with a long face, earning weird looks from the other members. Jeno noticed their gaze upon her girlfriend which made him look at her worriedly.

"What's wrong?"

"You didn't hug me." She mumbled.

The others tried so hard yo suppress their laughter while Jeno slowly extended his hand to capture her tiny waist making Hyejin smile. Her fragile heart started pounding crazy and the members gave them disgusted looks specially Jisung.

"Don't worry Jisung. You'll know what it feels when you have a girlfriend." Haerin chuckled.

"No, thank you."

"So," Haechan started. "Since 2021 is coming near, what do you guys wish for?"

All of them sat on the floor in a circle form, asking each other's wishes and reminiscing their past memories together. Sungchan and Shotaro stared at each of those who would talk but from time to time, they would ask about them too.

"Just...good memories. No more killing and stuff." Haerin mumbled the last part.

"For Jisung to have a girlfriend already."

"I want to date Mark." Chenle smirked.

"I want some magic to happen in my life." Jisung smiled proudly.

Sungchan opened his mouth yet closed it again as he suddenly felt shy to talk without their consent. Jaemin noticed his tensed state and he immediately assured him that it's fine so the boy did his talk.

"I heard Taeyong was injured because our head-leader overloaded him with works I hope he heals quickly."

All of them had a sad face, nodding as they wish the same for their leader. With those sad faces, Chenle can't help but to cheer them up so he ran to his room and brought something that he thinks all of them would love to see.

"Hey guys." Chenle lifted a white puppy. "Meet Daegal!"

They all whipped their heads on him and widened their eyes from the cuteness of the puppy and at the same time, whimpers were heard from the cute puppy. With that, all of them stood up and immediately jogged towards Chenle, fighting on who will carry the puppy.

"Hey! Gently~" Chenle whined when Haechan snatched it out of him.

"Hello little one~ You're so cute I want to take you home with me~"

"This is your house."

"I know."

They all took turns on holding Daegal while the little puppy enjoyed herself as she saw new faces. Her tiny self kept on clinging unto Chenle from time to time then going back to other members when they call her.

"He looks like you." Haerin giggled as she faced Haechan.

"Um...No?" Chenle gagged.

Hyejin giggled and smiled snuggled her face on Jeno's neck that somehow tickled Jeno making him hold on her waist tightly. Another whimper came out of the puppy's mouth making all of them smile at the cuteness.

"Yup. She's mine now."
