Since only three cities have been visited so far in the series, this is the only map you guys should be aware of. So, it's to explain that where are the cities in Power dimension according to human dimension's location.
Why is the Third City not mentioned?
Well, because borders of City of Ruins are never at one place. It keeps changing it location. But to simply put it, it's near the Ninth City (the reason why Lauren and Kristina could travel and reach it by the car).
Fun fact-
Borders are only for Descendants. Gods can cross them without any problems. (The only known restricted border that God can not cross is in City of Utter Darkness. It would be explained further in the series) Gods can also teleport from one city to another as long as they are in Power Dimension. But it is very exhausting and excessive use of power.
