(Y/N's POV)

Ugh...

Hot.

Kicking your blanket straight off your body and pulling your face off the screen of your phone you gaze down at the lit up screen still on the call, your eyes gazing lovingly down at JinWoo's contact.

He stayed another twenty minutes after I fell asleep...

I love him so much...

Pushing yourself out of the bean bag chair while painfully stretching your sore muscles you make your way to the window and look over at the house next to yours, your lips lightly parting when you see the sleeping boy curled up in his bag window.

Taehyung's asleep there....

I hope he wasn't waiting for me....he has a book in his hand...

Now I feel bad....

Tenderly pecking on your glass hoping by chance he'll hear you your attempts are unsuccessful as the boy stays curled up, his arms securely fastened around the old beat up book.

Darn...

Oh well...he's finally able to get some real rest....I'm sure that pain in his legs is enough to interrupt even the best slumber...

Watching him rest for a moment before skipping down the stairs with your purse on the woman that cooks dinner for you suddenly comes around the corner, her big eyes looking up at you in surprise.

"Oh? Miss Y/N! I expected you to still be in your room?"

"Ah...I'm going out to get something for school so I'll be back."

"Would you like me to just put your dinner in the fridge then?"

"Sasquatch"

Looking down at your purple socks and swallowing hard you simply give the woman a somber nod before stepping over to your boots, your lips pushing down into a small pout.

I can't control the fact I'm not skinny like them...or dainty....not every girl looks like a pixie....

Sliding your shoes in with a frustrated sigh and pushing your newly awakened body out into the chilly fall air, your hands quickly shoving deep into your coat pockets.

It's starting to get colder every night...it's nice...

"Miss Y/N! Are you just going to walk?!"

"Yeah. I'll be back in a bit."

"But you parents-"

"They aren't here are they?"

The woman simply huffs at your immature comeback and shakes her head as you make your way down the empty cracked pieces of street resting above the dirt it once covered, the thick musty smell of falling leaves coating your body in a nature induced calm.

These are the best moments...when I can just walk and think...

Everything at home has to stay so perfect...I can't be like a normal teenager and leave a T-shirt on the floor every once in a while...that's one thing I appreciate about this place...it's not perfect...

Walking for a good half hour until you see the small town coming into your vision you pull your phone out of your pocket and place your headphones in your ears, your senses completely shut off from the world in front of you.

No way I'm getting caught in some school spirit conversation with a parent like Bom's.

What are the odds her mom would be the principle of the school anyway.

Alright...time to forget about that...specifics...

Flicking your eyes around at every store in your vision coated in purple school spirit merchandise you try your best to ignore the stares of the townspeople astonished by your alternative style, their eyes all widening the second you come into their sights.

These people act like they haven't seen the color black before...they do make other clothes that ARENT purple.

Living here, I appreciate online shopping.

Once you find the store you were looking for you quickly sidestep onto the stairs in front of the run down brick building and push yourself inside the creaky glass door, the underlying sickly sweet smell of mildew overcoming your senses.

Not only is this town weird, it's horrifically old.

"Welcome!"

"Ah, hi."

Tugging your headphones out of your ears and searching around all the items in the store you scratch the back of your head and sigh, a small tingle of frustration ruining your mood.

Why is everything in this town purple.

"Is there anything I can help you with today?"

"Yeah do you have anything that ISNT purple?"

"Isnt...purple? Don't you want to show spirit for the highschool-"

"I don't have school spirit. Do you just have regular things anywhere? Even a small section?"

The young girl slightly widens her eyes and gives you odd looks as you follow her silently to the very back of the store, her hands pulling two cardboard boxes sitting under a shelf in front of you.

"This is all we have that's in...alternative colors to purple."

"Thanks."

If I wasn't in a hurry, I would so be ordering offline right now.

Bending your knees down to the boxes your fingers carefully file through the items until your lips stretch into a wide grin, your arms suddenly full of everything you had been looking for.

Perfect.

This is going to help out a lot.

Satisfaction fills your entire body as you step up to the counter and release the items from your hands in front of the small girl, her lip lightly pulling up in a slightly disgusted look.

"Is this all."

"Yep."

"'Kay."

I swear these people worship the color purple.

I can already tell I'm going to burn my socks when I get home, I can't be a part of this cult behavior.

"Your total is twenty five dollars."

Reaching in your coat pocket and laying the money on the counter you grab your bags as quickly as possible before the girl has a chance to give you another dirty look, your body turning away so quickly your ponytail swishes and lightly smacks you in the face.

I will never shop in this town again.

These people have gone batty!

Skipping down the stairs and sighing deeply once you're finally released from the rotten wood smell of the shop you keep a close eye out for anyone from your school, a grin appearing on your face once you get to the abandoned road and are able to gaze down at the bags in your hands.

This will be a lot easier...I hope it all works okay...
