It occurred to me that princess Charlie is the type of person who's good to everyone. My anxiety towards her liking over my husband's former mistress depleted after a day or two of their stay with us, here in Austria. She's such an adorable and innocent person and I've never seen anyone like her before. She's so cute and very much likable. She automatically draws a smile to every single person here in the palace and in a short span of time, I was able to feel comfortable being around her. 🙂

At the parade, to commemorate the ancient Germanic/Austrian royals, the four of us, my husband, the Korean royal couple and I, shared the century old gold open carriage. Ahead of us were the crown prince and princess in their gem studded one. Like ours, the carriage they were settled in was used by the past Dietrichstein kings, queens, princes and princesses.

My husband and his brother in law were quite used to the protocol of waving and smiling at the people who did nothing but cheer and wave their little royal crested flags on us. Throwing flowers and scented confetti on our way. At first, I was a little shy to impose my title... but I recalled what my husband told me.

To never forget the weight of my crown over my head. That it will be a constant reminder of my status and what I represent.

And so, I trusted his confidence on me. I behaved as how a princess is expected to be... I smiled and waved in such a manner as a princess would do. Even princess Charlie did the same thing. I think she and my husband has a thing for 'flying kisses'. 😊 they always threw kisses on the citizens. 😁

I've seen a lot of cute eye catching fanatic banners of my husband and prince Taehyung, and learned that he, my prince is addressed as 'world wide handsome' by the younger generation. Fangirling or fanboying as they call it. I even chuckled as one banner was written with;

"You're still my boyfriend SEOKJIN!" 😭💜

I didn't mind at all. In fact I think most of then we're funny and entertaining. But one banner caught my attention...

I was nothing but shook.

You are BEAUTIFUL princess ANNIKA! WE LOVE YOU!! 💜 DON'T MIND THE BITCHES! WE GOT YOU GURL!! 💪💋

A purple heart was also painted on it... 😢 I felt my cheeks warm and my eyes well in tears...

Then a lot of banners raised from kids, different people... showing their support for me. 😢

My breath hitched. I never expected this... I thought they all hated me...

But there are people who likes me. I felt overwhelmed that I tried to fan the tears away. Not knowing that I was under my companions' scrutiny. They smiled at my reaction and my husband happily gave my hand a quick smack.
