CHAPTER 26: Warmth

ELLA'S POV

Am I floating? It feels like it.
I can feel softness everywhere.
I don't know why my pillow is so firm and warm but very comfortable.
I hug it because I want its warmness to transfer to me.
This is the kind of warmth that you are looking for in a cold weather.
It is like the hot chocolate you crave in winter. What a weird analogy Ella.

Weirdly my pillow hugged me back.

Huh?

I tighten my grip and it return the favor by hugging me back tightly also.

As far as I know an inanimate object can not move at all unless you put force in it.

Ah.. it move because I hug it so I applied force right? My teacher in science will be so proud of me.

I burrow my face further into my pillow to catch more sleep.

You know what's crazy? This pillow smells like Gideon.

Did he hug my pillow when he went to my flat last time? He sure did because I can really smell his scent. I think he rolled on my bed because I can smell him everywhere. Can you imagine it?I knew it he is a weirdo.

I started to travel back to dreamland when I feel like someone is touching my hair.

Am I dreaming already?

Oh well. This dream is very realistic.
This person in my dream repeatedly runs its fingers through my hair.

I am letting myself fall back to sleep
When I realize something was amiss.

I am still conscious.
I can hear my thoughts.
I am aware of my surroundings.
I wiggle my toes to confirm that I am really awake. There is no way I will wiggle my toes in my dreams. Why would I? And In what situation would I do that.

Then I heard it.

Lubdub. Lubdub. Lubdub.

My pillow does not produce any sound at all.

I touch where the heck that sound is coming from.
This surface is very smooth and as far as I can remember my pillow is slightly rough.

I located the sound in the middle of whatever I am touching.
Now it started vibrating. Earthquake?

No. It is impossible. If it is an Earthquake my bed should be shaking right?
Now I am moving off topic.
This definitely not an earthquake.

I will try to remember what happened.

I went to the airport to surprise Gideon.
After that we went to that store that is very expensive and to my dismay he spent a small fortune. We went to his palace then I got allergy according to Dr. Smurf. He is the one who operated me so I don't know how Gideon contacted him. I remember I watch Tangled. The last thing I remember he is hugging me when I slept.

Ok.

So I am sleeping on TOP of Gideon. I can feel that I drooled also while I was sleeping.

Wow.

I don't think that we are on the stage wherein I can drool on him and it is acceptable. That is included on the married stage not on the dating stage.

No biggie that there is a large chance that you might get sued by your boss by
Sexual harassment because I am touching his body presumably without his consent but he is touching me also so he has no grounds for a lawsuit. It is a consensual touching. Is that even a thing?
