Chapter 25

This chapter is dedicated to everyone.
If I decide to write everyone who supported this novel, I think I'll be writing a whole chapter.
I just wanna thank you all.
You all made my day.
You guys are all important to me .
Thanks once again my lost but founders 🤗🤗

*one hour later*

"My goodness, I can't do this anymore. Where the heck is Jeff and Declan" I said as beads of sweat rolled down my face

"Told ya you'll get tired of it" Jay said handling me a third handkerchief. Where he gets them from, I don't know but who cares as far as it's useful to me

"Thanks"

He just only hummed in response

Speaking of the brats and here they come.

"So how's work going hey" Dec said.

He only got a glare as an answer.

Just then the stupid 'ding dong' thingy went off, signifying that someone wants to make an order from the private area.

The three of them turned to me.

"What"

"Go get it"

"No, I'm tired"

"It's your first day at work, make a good impression"

"Isn't that what I've been doing for the past hour"

"It isn't enough"

"Why can't they get it?" I asked pointing to Dec and Jeff

"Can't you see we're not on uniform yet?"

"Ugh, I hate you guys"

"We love you too" they chorused

I walked over to the private area with clearly no confidence at all.

"Hi, what can I get you" yes I know it short and so unprofessional but that's how I like to keep conversations.
Like it or not, I'm gonna keep saying it.

"Just give us the usual" a young guy said and all his friends just nodded.
They were all in the age range if 18-20 at most.

I was very uncomfortable with the stares I was getting from the guys that I quickly scurried away.
I was already half way to my "post" before I realized something.

I DON'T KNOW THEIR USUAL

I can't believe I'm so foolish.

With the little confidence I had- which is none- I went back to the group of boys but this time they had company.

A girl for each boy.

Everyone at the private area turned to stare at me as I arrived, and I tell you my friend, that it's not easy with 16 pairs of eyes looking at you like you're interrupting something very important-which I was- on your first day- or rather night at work

"What" a blonde snapped

"Um… I forget to ask what this usual was. For as you can see, I'm new here" I said seeming to gain more courage at the end if my sentence.

I refuse to get bullied again.

The last time was bad enough.

"Well, the girls drinks Hennessy, while we just get Johnny Walker blue label whiskey" a red haired guy said

"Ok…I'll be back in a jiffy" I said and once again I scurried away but not before hearing the blond girl saying "bitch"

Just let it go
It's you first day
Don't react.
Don't let the insults get to you.
