Chapter 2

Abhi dropped his two kids to college after sternly telling them not to do anything that will put them in trouble. Saying bye to his kids he went to office.
In office
After wishing his staff he went to his cabin. After few minutes his manager aka his best friend Adarsh came.
Adarsh- Hey how are Manu and Chotu? (Adarsh call kunj chotu)
Abhi- Hello good morning to you too.
Adarsh - Good morning. Now tell?
Abhi- They are good. They are in college. And yes your chotu got himself in trouble and have been punished early in the morning. Anything else my dear friend would like to ask or have I answered all your questions.
Adarsh with a big smile- Nope thank you all questions have been answered. But how did you know what I wanted to ask??
Abhi- Seriously Adarsh everyday you ask me these questions about them. You never ask how am I but the first thing you ask is about how are they? where are they? etc..
Adarsh- Ya so why are you jealous. They are my little brothers also.
Abhi- Jealous and me seriously..
Adarsh- Or nahi to kiya.. anyway what did Chotu do to get punished early in the morning.
Abhi told him and in return got a glare from Adarsh.
Abhi- Why are you glaring at me??
Adarsh- Yaar aise koun punish karta jai bacche ko?
Abhi- Beta mujhe pata hai tera bas chale to tu mujhe punish kar de use punish karne k liye. Adarsh he need to learn na. If being strict with them keep them on right track then so it be.
Adarsh- I know. I know. Par...
Both of them stopped when there was a knock on door.
Abhi- come in
A peon came in.
Peon- Sir aapse koi milne aa ya hai.
Abhi- Kaun hai.
Peon- Pata nahi sir. Naam nahi bataya bas bola aap jante ho aur appse milna hai.
Abhi- Thik hai send him.
Adarsh- Ok then you do you meeting I'll do my work. You know my boss is hitler.
Abhi- Ru tu.. I'll tell hitler koun hai...
Adarsh laugh and run to the door. As soon as he open it both of them are shocked to see the person standing there.

Otherside  in college
Kunj was sitting with his friends aa their classes got cancelled. Manik was in his class.
Kunj- Lets do something. I am getting bored.
Vicky- Haan yaar bore to ho raha hai.. Kuch karte hai..
While others friends also started thinking what they can do when kunj came up with the plan of pranking one of their teachers.
They all agreed to play the prank on their new teacher of maths.

Otherside in office
Adarsh was trying to calm down his boss, his friend who was in a heated argument with the person who was non other then his own father.
Abhi- You know what just go from here. I am not in the mood to listen to your rubbish. I know what I am doing.
His father just smirk and left from there. Leaving behind furious Abhi and Adarsh who don't know what he shall do. But when the phone of Abhi ranged with known number to both he knew he can pray for his Chotu. After answering the call Abhi left from office in hurry and anger and Adarsh decided to go along as he was worried for Abhi but more then that his Chotu.
Abhi- Why are you coming? I can handle him.
Adarsh giving a small smile- I am coming to handle you. Before Abhi could say anything Adarsh spoke up- ab chalna hai ya yahan par behas karni hai kyun ki you know very well if I have decided to come I will come. No need to waste your as well as my energy.
Abhi just gave an unbelievable look while Adarsh gave a smirk and they left for college.
On the way Abhi spoke up- Why did he have to come today? Why can't he let us alone?
Adarsh- He don't have any other work so he came for his entertainment.
On getting a look from Abhi he just smiled and Abhi couldn't help but smile back. Adarsh was just like his brother and he was the one who kept him sane or insane as and when sitution arrived.
Adarsh- Manu aur Chotu ko..
Before he could complete his sentence Abhi spoke up.
Abhi- Nope, unhe nahi batana.
They should not know.
Adarsh only nodded. Soon they reached the college.
Kunj along with his friends was sitting outside prinipal office. As soon as he saw Abhi he bowed his head. Morning itself he got punished and now this..
Abhi just looked at him and without saying a word just knocked at the door of office and went in when invited. Adarsh on the other hand stayed back and called kunj to him.
Adarsh- Chotu what did you do?
Kunj- Bhai we played a small prank on our maths teacher. She is new staff. But the prank got wrong and she ended up getting hurt. Believe me bhai we didn:t wanted her to get hurt.
Before anything else could have been said by either of them Abhi came out. He was very angry and without a word he just tightly holded Kunjs hand from nrar his elbow and pulled him towards the car. From how tightly he was holding Kunj could tell that he will not get off the hook easily. He just looked at Adarsh asking him to save him throught eyes. Adarsh nodded at him. At that time he was pulled in front and a tight slap landed on his face. Abhi slapped him in the parking area itself.
Abhi- You come to college for all this. Is this the way to act. Playing pranks on teachers and hurting them. Do you have any idea how badly it could have gone. Thank god she was able to stop her srlf and only got hurt on hand. What if she would hsve landed on floor banging her head or her head got hurted by wall or table. Do even think before doing such stunts.
Abhi was scolding him while Kunj krpt his head down gor two reasons. First one he was guilty. Now he realise it could have actually gone very badly. Srcond with his head down Abhi will not be able to slap him again. One was enough as it was still burning snd paining.
Adarsh just couldn't say or do anything. Everything happened so fast thst he couldn't talk to Abhi about it. So he stood there helplessly.
Abhi- You know what you are suspened for two days and in these two days I'll teach you how to think before acting and how to behave in college. Just get in the car now. Rest we will talk at home.
Abhi was damn angry. Kunj as quickly as possible sat in the car. Abhi went to drive while Adarsh sat on side seat. He wanted to sit beside his Chotu but Abhi glared him msking him drop the idea. Abhi had a clear funda- No comfort before consequences. The drive back home was silent but disturbed. Abhi was thinking what his father said. His words were hunting him fueling his anger more. He will never let his brothers become like that person. He will do anything to keep them on the right track. Adarsh knew why his friend was so angry. He was concerned for his chotu but he knew he will not be able to completely save him from getting punished but he will try to reduce it. Out of all the days why Kunj choose today to do a prank and why did it had to go wrong today only.
Kunj was too scared to even say or think of something. Last sentence of Abhi have scared him alot.
Sooner then he liked they reached home and to Kunj it seemed his lehs stopped working as hebjust couldn't get himself to walk. Before Abhi could pull him Adarsh holded his hand and took him inside. He wanted to keep Kunj away from Abhi at least till the time he donn't talk to him. Do he asked Kunj to go to his room.
As Kunj turned to go up he was stopped by Abhi.
Abhi- Kunj wait. You are not going anywhere. We have lessons to learn. Go and kneel down beside the sofa. Go.
Kunj looked st Adarsh snd went and knerled down.
After two hours
Kunj was still kneeling down with his head down embarressed and quilty. Adarsh and Manik who came back from college one hour backbwas trying to justify with Abhi.
Adarsh- Let him up na yaar. It must be paining for him.
Manik- Please bhai forgive just this time he will not repeat it.
Abhi- Stop it both of you. Manu go to your room and change. Dinner will be setved soon. Adarsh please yaar we will talk after dinner. Please.
Adarsh just nodded as for dinner Abhi will let Kunj get up and Manik left gor his room. Soon the food was served and Manik and Adarsh took there seats. Abhi without a word to Kunj was going yo the table when Kunj spoke up.
Kunj- Bhai I am sorry. Please forgive me bhai. Its paining a lot. I can't do it any longer and beside that I am vety hungry also. I have not eaten anything since aftet breakfast. Sorry bhai. He looked up st Sbhi with tears in his eyes. Seeing him like thst melted Abhi's anger and he immitiately picked him up and hugged him tight.
Kunj felt calm in his embrace. I am sorry bhai. I'll never fo this again.
Abhi- Its ok baccha. I am no longer angry. But there shall be no next time or believe me you will be punished severly.
Kunj- promise bhai.
Abhi hugged him one more time and then went for dinner where other two were smilling.
Abhi fed his two monkeys by his hand as they gave some stupid reasons for not being able to eat by themselves. After one hectic day all four slept together while watching tv. Praying that next day to be better then today.
