haunted house

As usual the pogues always wanted to do something outrageous instead of our usual routine going to partys and surfing
So they had the smart idea to go to a haunted house by tannyhill
Hearing tales in the outerbanks about this particular house gives me chills

On our way there
Kie decides to scare us .. well mostly by telling us the tales about how an old  couple were lunatics who killed anyone who were in radius of their house
"Can you not kie"
I groan
She smirks
Jj traces small circles on my arm
"Dont worry I will keep you safe"
He whispers
I scoff
"Wow that makes me so much better"
I sarcastically remark
"I mean it"
His tone hardens
I nod and gulp
Jj was always the protective one in the group not only to kiara but me as well he would get into fights with rafe if he said something
But thats about it

We arrive a few minutes later jj holds out his hand when I jump out the van
"Im a big girl"
I tease
As I say that I grab ahold of his arm
He scoffs
"Now are you"
He teases
I roll my eyes

We walk in and every step we take it creaks
I grip jj's arm tighter
"Alright I say let's split up"
Kie suggests
"What no we need to stick together.... you know the pogues never separate"
I argue
"Well not anymore pope and me will take the upstairs"
She points at pope
"John b and sarah will take the downstairs"
She then points to the couple
"And you and jj will take the basement"
I widen my eyes
"You little bitch"
I half laugh
"Love you"
She kisses my cheek and walks off with pope
"Shall we"
Jj days in a british accent
We walk towards the door and I hesitate
"Are we going or"
He questions
"You go first"
I gesture towards the door
"Pussy"
He murmurs
"Shut up"
I say
He mocks me the whole way down
"So what are we looking for anyways"
I ask
"Nothing much cool stuff I guess"

Clank

I jump and hold onto jj
"Its probably the crew trying to scare us"
He whispers Reassuring me
I gulp
"Yeah right"
I scoff

I sit in one of the chairs he sits next to me

"Jj are you sure its-"

He shushes me
"We need to go"
He says
I look up at him
"What"
"Lets go"
He grabs my arm
"I- what happening"
I start hyperventilating
Jj crouches down beside me
"Shhh its ok lets go and everything will be over soon I promise"
He mumbles in my hair
A tear drops from my eyes
I hate scary movies anything thay involves horror
We run out to see the crew waiting for us
"Let me guess you decide to have sex in there"
John b snarkily remarks
"Dude were not even together your the one who scared her"
Jj snaps back
"Jeez that wasn't us it was probably kie"
John b turns in his seat
"Nope not us"
I sigh and get in the car
Jj follows and we start the car jj putting his hand on my thigh rubbing little circles i lean my head on his shoulder and fall into a deep sleep
