once again school started the fun, hot, sunny days were over, no more summer romances nothing. see i never had a problem with school i was a straight A student, good behavior, nice shy girl who got rewards of being the perfect student. Even teachers liked me which i never thought was possible but if it wasn't for my best friend, she was a teacher and when i didn't have friends she is like my second mom she got me into clubs and soon after i was known. I was never in the kook academy unlike my friend kiara she was my only friend and decided to go to the kook academy with sarah cameron, sure i knew the boys jj maybank, john routledge, and pope heyward. they were all nice except for one, jj he was a complicated person despite his home life he never included me in and i usually just sit by myself at lunch or go to Ms Wilson the teacher who got me to be known at school. Well today was the start of our junior year, i sit in the back of the class because i was always afraid to answer questions. 

"okay class lets see what you have learned over the summer, as you know you were supposed to have read some of our textbooks that we sent home to you." 

Ms Wilson finishes when everybody gets settled down in their seats chatting how their summer went and new school supplies gettin out of their new backpacks 

i feel a prescence besides me and i look over to see john b and pope in the front like always and jj all the way in the back chatting to one of the popular girls, he adverts his eyes to me and we make eye contact 

"it's fine if i sit here right?" 

i break the eye contact and he goes back to talking to the girl Ashley being less interested 

"yeah your okay" 

"how was your summer" 

he asks 

adverting to the lesson starting

"good you" i whisper, he nods his head "it was okay, crazy but good" i chuckle lightly "thats good then" i reaffirm 

he smiles 

Ms Wilson starts her lesson

"okay class who can tell me what the Romans use for their agriculture" she asks everyone stays silent 

i build up the courage to answer the question 

raising my hand Ms Wilson smiles 

"y/n please tell the class what the agriculture was for the Romans" 

"fertile soil, good water supply, and mild climate" i say 

the whole class turns to me 

"can i ask you another question" 

i nod my head yes 

"who won the Punic wars" 

"the Romans" 

"what happened in each war" she edges on 

"the first Punic was Carthage lost the island of Silcily and the second Punic war they lost all their islands, and the final Punic war Carthage gets executed" 

she smiles brightly 

"and that my students is someone who cares about their education"

pope turns and puts a thumb up 

i mouth thank you to him and he nods 

john b nudges my shoulder 

"i thought pope would be the one answering all these questions" and right once john b said that Ms Wilson asked another question our of the textbook
