this is very awkward

I breathe heavily desperately trying to find a place to hide
Larry the security guard found me and my friend Taylor on one of the construction houses again we went our separate ways like always and met up the next day but I scraped myself jumping over one of the fences tnay scratch my whole hip making me bleed

I look to my left where I'm hiding right by a house and take a quick breath before running again

Larry spots me and uses all the adrenaline he has left to catch me

Somehow I made it to chapel hill

And I found on my say a kid bike my bloody hand grips onto the handles and I go on a wooden ramp

Well I didn't get enough air time and I tripped over a chain
I groan rolling over to my side

"Just marvelous"
I roll my eyes at the familiar blonde boy kneeling down beside me
"You could seriously win an Oscar for that"
He jokes
I sit up
And that's when he spots my big cut and my bleeding hand
"Woah"
He takes my hand off my hip
"Thats knarly"
I cringe
"You know I'm just going to go this is very awkward and hey I'm fine so"
I stand up but fall
"Hey jj"
I ask
He looks down at me
"Yeah"
He sighs
"Can you like help me up by any chance"
He smiles
"Oh right sorry forgot"

"HEY HAS ANYONE SEEN A GIRL ABOUT YAY HIGH AND BLEEDING"
Larry shouts
Me and jj look at eachother he makes a face
"Dont"
I say sternly
"So this is what you have been doing"
He ushers on
I groan internally
"Just come on before he spots me"
I plead

"Hey look i already get in trouble by this guy why can't you for a change"

"Because im bleeding"
I shout gesturing to my wound
"Right"
He says dumbfounded
I huff impatiently
"Wel lets go"
He says before I can answer he picks me up bridal style bringing me to his motorcycle
I wrap my arms around his torso while he drives

We arrive at the cheateau
And I climb off
"Okay lets get this cleaned up"
He sets me down on the couch
"Is this your place"
He shakes his head
"A friend i stay here to get away from things"
I nod not questioning it further
He applys the medicine and I slap his hand away
"Excuse me"
He huffs
He applys more
I moan out loud
"What the hell jj"
I squint my eyes shut grabbing jjs free hand
"And done"
I slowly open my eyes seeing jj pier his eyes down at me

"What" I huff
Out of breath from holding it in
"You are so dramatic"
He snickers
My mouth agapes
I fake gasp
"You bitch"
I sneer throwing a wipe at him
He giggles

After our little playfully he grabs 2 beers from the fridge
He hands me one
"I dont drink"
I emphasize
"It helps with the pain"
He smirks
I scoff
"Your going to die"
I say softly
"Its better than living in this world"
He Declares
"Well if you tried hard enough you can live better happy even" I argue

Jj half laughs
"You think its easy huh"
I shake my head
"No i-"
He cuts me off emothion taking him over
"Its not east y/n its not I try i try so hard for my father but he just beats me from fun and then I rage out I can't go back my reputation is me being the troublemaker there is no fixing me"
He raises his voice
I stand up to argue while limping over to him sitting opposite of me
"We can I can"
I whisper kneeling infront of him
"Stop trying to fix people when you cant"
He says sternly
"But jj this time is different I feel like if you give me a chance we can make eachother a better person"

He nods pulling me into a hug
"Thank you"
He whispers calming down
I pull away
"Now"
I start
"We go have fun"
I declare once again
"First we take your beer"
I take it out of his hands
"Thank you very much"
I wink
I pour the liquor in the sink
"And we go out and surf then after we can have a great meal how about that"
His frown turns into a smile and he nods
"Alright"
He smirks
I grab his hand and we walk off

And that's the day we became inseparable
