"I don't know that I have a monster in disguise of my teammate. Who are you Neji? I didn't even see her hurt you nor kill any of your precious. She was not even part of your clan anymore but you still hate her? Can you tell me? Did see did an unforgivable crime to you? You're a monster Neji!" Tenten said while crying as she walkout immediately.
"Your pride is really something, Neji. How could you do that? She forfeit but you still activate the seal. You clearly won the battle. Why? Did your ego really hurt?" Gai seriously said to Neji and look to him with disappointment.

Naruto scumbag himself to his work on his office. While his clone is finding the notes of Uzumaki Mito, his former wife when he was Hashirama. Everything was really messed up that time when one of Mito's maid accidentally exchange the seal for Prisoner and seal for Hyugas.
After the Hyuga settle to the Konoha that time, their clan head's request before joining is to make a seal for their Dojutsu via Mito so it will not be fall to some enemy. A week after Mito started to make seals, Madara request the same seal to Mito but of course with twist.
The seal he request is for prisoner who have a powerful dojutsu like the Chinoike Clan. The seal's goal is to restrict the Dojutsu user's power and to control them with ease so the seal had pain in characteristic and fundamentals. Their will be pain if someone activate the seals to your brain. It is as if your brain was being prick, pressed, and burn while you experience unbearable pain that can cause a death or comatose state. The last function however is to seal their Dojutsu if you die. This seal was named Cage Bird Seal.
While Mito made a perfect seals for Hyuga. It is the Death Lock Dojutsu Seal. The seals on have one function, it is to destroy the Dojutsu User's eyes upon death. This was supposed to be the seal for Hyugas.
They didn't know that the scroll exchange its position when a Maid bump the table. She carefully bring back the scrolls to the table so she will not be scolded for her mess. That time, Mito still didn't manage to check the scroll so when she was back as something urgent happen. She didn't check the seal as she just check it a while ago and branded the two's name. The Death Lock Dojutsu was passed to Madara and the Cage Bird Seal was passed to the Hyugas.
It too one month before Madara return and told them the problem. This rise the problem as the Hyuga already branded their Half Clansmen the seals so Mito negotiate to the Hyuga Clan Head for the exchange.
However, Mito design the Cage Bird Seal near impossible to unseal. But their deal was the Hyuga Clan Head will gave back the seals and exchange it to the Death Lock Dojutsu Seal if they manage to find a way to unseal it. Since Cage Bird Seal had the same function to what they requested, Hyuga Clan didn't have any problem to the seal.
Sadly, he never knows what happen after that as Mito tries to find ways for how many years, Madara defect and their Battle in Valley Of The End happen. It seems that, until now, there is no solution about the cage bird seals.
Now, with the Fuinjutsu knowledge Ashura have, and a bit touch of Hashirama's memory on how Mito did the seal, he had a seals he was making for more that 5 years to counter the Cage Bird Seal for Hinata. But he was only on its 75% completion. Now that this happen, he will make sure to make Hiashi explain Neji's behavior. Clearly if he want, Neji will be disqualified to the Finals. He disrespect him, a Hokage and almost killed a contestant even if he was the winner. But his plan will be cripple and will need a new plan to arrange which will be as Shikamaru dubbed, "it was troublesome."
Lee reported to him that Jounins and Chunins did have an argument whether Neji, will stay as a contestant of Final or not.
"Oto-oto, are you okay?" Sasuke ask invading his privacy in his office.
"Do you think that I am that hot headed one who will release his anger to his surrounding just to satisfy his madness? I can control my anger. Its just, Hiashi needs to explain himself for Neji's behavior today. Neji not just attack Hinata, he attack the consider Hospital Head, member of Elite ANBU Shadow Of Konoha, at the same time, someone who was under the protection of Uzumaki, Namikaze, Uchiha, and Senju's protection. Not only that, he disrespect me, as a fellow ninja as well a my abilities which includes of insulting me and Saru-chan for picking me as a Hokage," Naruto look blankly to the paper he was signing. Sasuke almost laugh when Naruto call the Third Sarua-chan. It is his nickname to the young Sarutobi before.
"Hinata is part of my family, Nii-san. And now that she was hurt, I'll make them pay for it," Naruto coldly said.
"Uchiha will always be your back up, Naruto. Remember that," Sasuke said and pat Naruto's head. Naruto smile as he was already calm after what happen today.
