"Since my battle with Neji will be the opening of the Third Exam, Jiji, you'll be temporarily sit at the Kage Lounge. I'll arrange Namiashi Raido to be your bodyguard for the mean time. As for proctors, Shiranui-san is perfect to the job. He'll deal Baki-san, the Jounins of Kazekage's children. "So you want me to deal any summons that Orochimaru will summon?" Jiraya ask while reading the blue print.

"How about the other preparation?" Jiraya ask Naruto. Sasuke handed another folder as Shikamaru went to Naruto's side.

"And the ANBU?" Jiraya ask again.
"Only ANBU Captains and the ANBU Commander plus ANBU Elite Team 7 is the only one who's aware about the situation," Naruto inform.
"Its too dangerous if ANBU is not prepare. Why you didn't told them?" Jiraya simply ask.
"Simple asnwer, Jiraya-sama, they are ANBU," Sasuke simply said.
"And the connection?" Hiruzen ask.
"This invasion will be a test to them, Jiji. They need to be always prepared and always be observant to their surroundings. They are not worthy of the ANBU Title if this simple invasion will not be on their knowledge. We'll just tell them the instructions a night before the event. Aside from that, if ANBU had an early knowledge of this invasion, the activities of our Chunins and Jounins will get into light which is not the thing we want righr now. Spies will be wary if there is an ANBU Patrol to whole Konoha," Shikamaru explain.
"Let the spies take the illusion normalcy. Since their death will be at the day of invasion. We'll make the Konoha look as if we become weak on the outside but strong and firm on the inside. After this invasion, Konoha will undergone to rebirth process. From power, to structure, to systems and to its core," Naruto smirk evilly. Which makes Jiraya felt the nostalgia.

"I see, so you manage to come up on how to deal the Civilian Council, then?" Hiruzen felt refresh from that. With the strong grip of Naruto, to the Konoha, he was sure that it will not be impossible for a new golden age of this village.
Sasuke is now the handler of Root ANBU. Of course this fraction of ANBU will be a great help to them. Right now everyone in that organization will not participate in the up coming invasion as their brains's emotion had been lock because of Danzo. Now that he died, he felt to relief for a while.
He don't want anyone to destroy the illusion peace they build up here for the past months.
"Root ANBU on the other hand, will not take any of the mission. They are far too stable as I take over to them. Mostly of the Root ANBU is emotionally voided by Danzo. It need more than years for me to let them go back to the Field. Its too dangerous if we assign them to take some participation to the invasion," Sasuke said.
"Speaking of Root ANBU, how did you deal them, Sasuke-kun?" Sasuke groan to the nickname which makes Naruto chuckle a bit. His expression become sour and glare to Naruto.
"I underestimate their ability to produce emotions. Its a real tough as all of them had been programmed to be too obedient which is what I don't want. Ninjas don't need emotion, it is correct as it will only hinder them to do their mission. Danzo took it too extreme as they are really to lack of expressive emotion other than being monotone and emotionless. In my opinion, Ninja needs to balance their emotion. Be emotionless if you are in mission but be normal if your off duty," Sasuke said with a small smile to his face.
"You grow up interestingly, Sasuke-kun," Hiruzen affectionately.
"Thanks to Naruto being with me when Nii-san killed the clan. If not, I maybe too unstable to be a ninja as well as too arrogant because of the Civilian Council. Thinking of it, I felt disgusting," Sasuke mumble.
"You're too talkative today, Vice, something wrong?" Shikamaru ask worriedly. Naruto on the other hand laugh as he saw Sasuke blushing madly.
"It seems like Naruto is a good influence to the young Uchiha," Jiraya jokingly said.
"I'm glad to guide you in the right path," Naruto smile to Sasuke which makes him smile too. He was too lucky to become his soul brother.
"Lets continue the discussion," Naruto said after he clear his throat.
The discussion went well as the plan was laid. Now, Naruto is ready to face the Hyuga Clan Head and ask him about the happenings to the Tower. He was actually quite lucky because Neji sign the waver before they enter the Forest of death. If not, he will be punish gravely, adding the fact that Hinata is under his protection, Neji's fate will become worst than death.
