This two figures is none other than his other blood clone and Kurama.

Each of your Room is customized according to your taste plus 10 guest Room. There is also each of your Office in your room at the same time to other parts. It was created in other parts of the HQ. A Library, Treasure Room, huge storage room, freezer room, Survival Garden, Herbs Garden, and a White Room you requested. We put so much seal for the HQ so the outside appearance of the HQ is only a small Mansion near in the newly build Uzukage Tower. The building includes the Archive, Council Room, Mission Room, and the Office for the paper Ninjas. The Uzukage Tower was at the Center of Village and was surrounded by the Academy; Ninja and Civilian school, Department Buildings including the Research Facilities, Intelligence Department, Torture department, and all the department you included. ANBU HQ was located underground under the Water too and made sure that it will not create landslide if an earthquake happens. We build the residence in the next layer surrounding the department building which will include the local Residents, Clan house, markets and open areas. The outer layer is where the police forces HQ and ANBU mission Room and ANBU Residential compound, Training grounds, Control Room, and Barrier Corps Building. As for the Wall, we made sure that is was tall enough and protected enough to secure the safety of everyone," The Blood Clone explain using a hologram like map that he open a while ago. The structure of the village is indeed too cunning.
