Uzumaki Ichiro is already 42 years old. He is one of Kushina's older siblings so he had an Uzumaki Royal Blood. He was young when he saw the fall of Uzushio. The Sandaime Uzukage who was their father let them fled and all he remember is the huge explosion that happen above the tunnel they are running too. Many of the children and women cried while they are running for their lives.
It is the trauma that he felt when he was young and continue to hunt him as he grow up. He become afraid to use the name of Uzumaki but still wanted to preserve the legacy of his fallen Village thats why he study Fuinjutsu and Kenjutsu of his Clan in secret.
He pretend to be a civilian in Ame even if he had the power and skills to become a ninja. He was too afraid and paranoid ever since that time.
And he knows the complication if someone notice that he had a red head. The groups that fled to the Uzushio before scattered not to arouse any suspicion of groups with Red Hair fleeing together. It will lead to their death earlier than they assume.
They didn't want to do it but they don't have any other choice as it was a matter between life and death. The adult prioritize the safety of everyone because in their beliefs, family needs to be prioritized than any thing. Thats why it decided too.
After they scatter, they don't preserve any communication ever since. Until 2 years ago, someone name Uzumaki Naruto who had a blonde hair and too young to be one of the survivor of the Uzumaki Clan knock on his door and told him that the Uzushio was rebuilt and he offers him to go back.
He laugh saying that it is impossible. He was too young and don't have a red hair. Naruto told him that he was the son of his Little Sister, Uzumaki Kushina and the fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato who died 10 years ago. He explained his situation and everything he did to the new Uzushio. Ichiro can't help but to look to Naruto as if he was an adult, as if he was the reincarnation of their Uzukage.
Yes, he felt as if he was talking to a Kage. He thought he delusional but his whole body volunteer to go in Uzushio. He didn't hopw for anything, he thought what he will see is the ruined beloved village he had when he was young. It turns out that the Uzushio is really rebuild.
Ichiro cried and cried when he saw the majestic gate that Naruto built. A huge fox was waiting to him and he manage to know that it was the Kyubii. He didn't judge and immediately bond together to the Kyubii.
For him, Kurama is just an fox who have a superior Complex to everyone but his Inferior Complex will take over when he was with Naruto. Ichiro is one of the first batch Uzumakis and Native Residents of Uzushio who came back to their beloved Village.
The village's system and the position of the building might be different from before, the structure, the tradition, and what makes the Uzushio was preserved which makes everyone felt home. Even Naruto is young, he handles the Village very well.
Ichiro can't help but to see Naruto as one of Century rare prodigy. He also trained him to the Uzumaki Fuinjutsu which Narutk absorb like a sponge. What amaze him is that, Naruto is always hard working and diligent to his work.
Ichiro only knows that this Naruto is just a Blood Clone and the original is in Konoha who was also taking his way to the top. He felt proud to have a nephew like him.

"Aniki!" A wide grin Uzumaki Kana face him while he just go out of his Room in the Palace. It was the HQ that Naruto build for their research and the two decided to reside there as Naruto's Blood Clone and the Kyubii was staying here. It was an open secret that Naruto is leading their Village as Uzumaki Ashura.
Uzumaki Ashura is the Adult Uzumaki version of Naruto excluded the whiskers. Everyone in the Village know he was Naruto but call him Ashura.
Whats unique about him is when Ichiro gave him the title of Yondaime Uzukage, he immediately decree a law not to call him Uzukage-sama, Lord Fourth or any related to his position. So everyone just call him Ashura-dono, he tried to lower the respect to Ashura-sama but thats the bottomline of everyone. Many of them was raise to respect their superior and it is their traditions in the old Village so Naruto can't really argue to everyone.
Because of Shadow Clone, Naruto often see in playground with children playing with him. This is actually a sign to the two that Naruto is still a child despite his genius mind.
People of Uzushio love their young leader and ready to defend themselves. Many of them was practically elites and have a strict system to rule. But this village is always perfect for them. Everyone treat each other as family, everyone actually knows each others name so new faces will always be immediately discover.
"Naruto-kun arrive here yesterday with his team. It seems like the research that they'll do will started anytime," Kana said.
"So you think they will succeed?" Ichiro ask to Kana.
"Aniki, there is no such thing that impossible for Naruto. Just look at the Village, with thousands of his Clone, and his own abilities, he manage build the Village on his own. If he want to do something, he will do it in his own way," Kana said.
"You're right. For now, lets welcome them. Will now meet the girl who caught Naruto's heart, do you think?" Ichiro said. Kana laugh and nodded.
"I hope they will achieve the peace that everyone wanted to get," Ichiro whisper and follow Kana who was now walking where the others are.
--*-- According to my research, Uzushio fall in Second Shinobi War when Kushina is 10 so I assume that the survivor of the fallen Village will be around 30 and above. Kushina died at the age of 24 plus the 12, she is only 36. The youngest possible survivor is 27 who was only a baby that time.
