Yes, just catching him was hard enough that even ANBU often suffer because of him. Catching him also become a welcome mission to the newly recruit ANBU.
Lee just remember when Naruto gave him a week duration of Pranking the Hyuga compound. He actually only need an entire night to set the Hyuga Clan Compound into chaos for a week. Yes, the pranking that Lee did last for week. They tried to find any suspect but even if there byakugan was active for entire day. They shift for week but since Lee already set the seal, he only need to activate it once and he can relax.
"I agree, maybe a prank free for a certain time," Hinata giggle just saying it.
That day, they started their training with the two. They experience torture, how to survive in forest of Death, and have a battle in training 19, the forest full of chakra mutated animals.
Who really pursuit these field is Lee. He become Ibiki's favorite student among them. This is how Lee got his sadistic side that hide beneath a youthful mask.

Lee is with no one. He just get up to his camp and ready to fly again. Lee was task by Naruto to flew in whole Elemental Nation and make a map. The map was actually unique that it is full of seals and can be magnified. Lee went to travel via flying.
When he went back into the ground, he was unfortunately meet a huge group of bandits.
"Oh, just look at this, a snorted brat who seems so lost. We could make money to him," A bandit said.
"You'll sell me? Slavery was already been disbanded!" Lee coldly said. Gone the cheerful Lee and now, he was Cheetah, the rank 7 of Elite ANBU Team 7. He really hate those who abuse someone for their own entertainment.
"So what? Its not like we are being held by those high and mighty villages," You can hear sarcasm to their words while saying high and mighty village. They all laugh and took a high appear.
"Then, I should just finish your trash existence," Cheetah immediately vanish and inject a poison each. The body rotten immediately as Cheetah blow a Fuinjutsu base fire affinity technique. Their body will now be lost without their corpse being found.
He went deeper the camp using the camouflage seal. This seal can completely erase your trace. Smell and chakra will disappear to someone's range. Even sensor will not be able to sense him. Aside from that, he will become a completely ghost who can wonder where ever he want.
He scouted the place quietly and his steps are all light. Cheetah frown when he was a group of women and children in a cage. It seems like this bandits are a big group that doing an illegal human trafficking. With this evidence, Cheetah's lips form a smirk. His sadistic side is now celebrating.
He went inside and found someone who was drinking sake. The smell of the sake can be smell around.
"Fuinjutsu: Earth Release: Earth Golem," a big golem surrounded the bandits and crush them after he tight the grip of the golem. A lot of bandits become aware of the intruder and tried to find the attacker.
"Reveal youself!" One of the bandits said trying to hide his fear but failed because his legs are shaking.
The head of some bandit just fall as their blood spread at the ground. Cheetah didn't give anyone a mercy as they all deserve to die. Cheetah heard a scream of a woman inside a tent.
When Lee goes inside the tent, he saw a guy raping a 12 year old girl who was pleading to stop. Cheetah's eyes become colder. He put a sleeping power to the girl and immediately pull the naked man outside the tent.
"W-who are you? Show yourself!" The scared middle age man said looking around.
"Captain!" A bandit shouted. Lee deactivate the camouflage seal and put a paralysis seal to the naked man. A blue barrier was being seen around their camps so no one can leave the place.
"I am Cheetah!" He introduced himself in his full ANBU Suit.
"You deserves to die. Do you know it?" Lee coldly ask. The naked man actually pee at the ground because of fear.
"Please, spare me! I-I can give you money and woman!" The middle age said.
"I don't need that," then Lee castrate him. He use his katana to slowly torture him. Then he add a torture seal. He didn't even flinch when the middle age man scream and beg to him. He crawl in the dirt while he was full of blood.
The others tried to attack him but end up killed in process. When the scream faded. Cheetah slice his head to his bloodied body and let his blood flow to the ground.
That they, he went into killing spree and save 315 women and children. He made sure to make their way to their home and those women and children that don't want to go back in their home was send in Uzushio.

The separate book for the second part is already publish. You can add it now because I will publish a chapter there as soon as I finish the Son Of Sage first part. I just hope it will be much more shorter than this. After the Shadow Of Konoha Arc, Sasuke Retrieval arc will be the end of First Part. I estimate that arc for three to five chapters depends on how I will execute it as it still not yet written.
