The outcry of terror makes Josh and I abruptly stand from the bed then bolt out of his room and run to the stairs.

Josh hastens downstairs where I see Hannah and Tom standing at the doorway, Tom's hands wrapped around Hannah's waist, holding her up as she looks at the person at the door astounded.

Josh makes his way over to them confused.

"What-" he cut himself off when he sees who is at the door at the same time Abby rushes towards them but stops when she sees who is at the door.

Everyone looks so shocked to see who is at the door making me curious.

I slowly take the last few steps from the stairs and slowly make my way down towards the door.

I make my way over to Josh's side and try peeking but I couldn't see anything. Everyone is blocking my view and the way. Cheers for being short Annabelle.

After a minute or so, Josh turns and looks down at me before giving me the way to see who is at the door.

What I see next leaves my mouth hanging with a dumbfounded face, unable to utter any words.

Standing in front of me is the exact sculpture of Josh. I mean literally, Josh. Same height, same green eyes, light skin, and colored hair, but his hair is cut into a medium height fade.

He is so gorgeous, but not as Josh, at least to me.

I turn to look up at Josh with horror, and he looks at me with the same but calmer expression.

I slowly look at Josh's doppelganger, wondering if someone is going to say something. This is no time to be quiet; someone needs to ease this deafening awkward silence and cure our curiosity.

"Mom..." Abby and Josh say at the same time, slowly looking over at their mom's frightened face while her lips quiver.

I guess Hannah has her reason to be how she is right now, but Tom's face says different.

He stares unmovingly at the person before us nonchalantly while tightly holding his wife's waist.

"I thought you died," Hannah blurts out. From my perspective, this guy standing before us can be Josh's twin brother. Well, this is cryptic. "C-c, uh, come in," she clears her throat.

Nobody moves when she said that, so I do and give him the way to enter the house.

He looks at me and gives me one of Josh's charming smiles and enters.

I look over at Josh, and he is looking at me, saying nothing. The type of calm he'd give when any guy looks or talks to me.

I realize he's getting jealous, and I frown up at him, shaking my head. He's serious right now?

That's his twin, whom we just met.

He sighs, aware of what I'm thinking. "Come on, guys," he says, pulling me inside, with Hannah, Tom, and Abby following.

Abby is trying to avoid me at all costs. I wish she would say something to me. I didn't mean to do what I did.

We enter the living room where Josh's doppelganger is. Why am I calling him that? I just can't believe Josh has a twin, though. I have a feeling that I'm not supposed to be here; this is a family matter, and I am not family.

We all sit on the couches, waiting for the adults to explain.

I turn to Josh, and he looks down at me. "I don't think I should be here," I whisper, feeling an unwelcome sensation creeping over me.

The way the guy is looking at me indicates how unwelcome I am to their family's conversation.

It's not explicit on his face that I'm not supposed to be here, but I dislike the fact that he's eyeing me during a family discussion that I know I'm not meant to be part of.
