KATE'S POV

I love mornings like this! Rick commented yawning as he woke up.

Mh me too but you know what would make this morning even better? I asked him while he was still stretching out on the bed

His soft lips came to mine, our lips began to move in sync

Until the piercing sound of the ringing, the ringing we hoped we wouldn't hear in the coming weeks, stopped us. My phone rang with all its might.

Calm down, Castle, I'm going, I'll let you enjoy with your sweetheart, Lanie laughed and headed for the door

Thank you! Rick tossed after her, but as soon as the door closed his full attention turned to Kate.

It didn't take a millisecond for their lips to come together

Oh, I didn't know you missed me so much, Kate remarked with a smile as they parted.

Five hours without you, three hundred minutes without your smile and eighteen thousand seconds without your kisses ... Yes, I missed you every second of that time

Oh, don't worry, we'll make up for it, but after dinner, Kate smiled and sat down at the table Rick had prepared for her.

Then we go baby shopping tomorrow! He said excitedly, we can buy some paint too and start decorating the room.

Tomorrow will be about our baby girl... but tonight is about us, Kate smiled and looked into Rick's ocean blue eyes that are full of love for her

The rest of the evening was just theirs, just as Kate promised...
