Y/n had ended up falling asleep, leaving Aether to carry her on his back as him, Paimon and Zhongli headed to Bubu Pharmacy to get some everlasting incense.

The h/c haired girl was muttering her sleep, her face partially buried in Aether's shoulder as they finally got to the pharmacy.

"Huh, the reception is deserted. And it seems kinda spooky in here..." Paimon murmured then called, "Hello? Is anybody there?"

"Welcome to Bubu Pharmacy." A new, monotone voice greeted from an unknown source.

"D-did you hear that? Wh-Where did it come from?" Paimon stammered.

"The reception, it seems." Zhongli hummed.

"Aether how about... you go check it out, and... Paimon will bring up the rear." Paimon suggested, "Maybe you should wake y/n up s-so she can protect us-"

'Seriously?' Aether thought then replied, "No, let her get some rest, Paimon."

Aether wanted the girl to get as much rest as possible but at the same time he found her muttering cute. He'd heard her mumbling about food and even a giant fish with teeth.

As curious as he was about what the girl was dreaming of, he figured they probably involved fighting. A lot of it.

Aether, Paimon and Zhongli peered curiously over the desk only to see a small child staring right back up at them.

"Oh, there you are! But you can't even reach the counter!" Paimon exclaimed.

"Paimon, if we're going to talk about height, you..." Aether began.

"Joke's on you! Paimon floats, so height is no restriction!" Paimon laughed, "Anyway, there's something weird about this one over here."

"What's that talisman doing on her forehead?" Aether inquired.

"She's a zombie." y/n mumbled.

Aether squealed like a little girl, frightened by the sudden words spoken by the h/c haired girl on his back.

Her e/c eyes were half lidded, exhaustion in them. The girl let out a quiet yawn then mumbled, "I read about them in a book before..."

"Oh, uh, did you sleep well?" Aether asked the girl, blushing profusely.

"Mm, I was being eaten by a monster just before you guys woke me up." y/n murmured and buried her face in Aether's hair once more, "Tomo."

"It can't be... she's... a zombie!?" Paimon gasped and y/n exhaled heavily.

"I just said that..."

"Welcome to Bubu Pharmacy. I am Qiqi." the little girl behind the counter greeted, "Once upon a time, Qiqi died. Then, Qiqi was saved by the adepti. Now, Qiqi is a zombie."

"Such nonchalant delivery for a bombshell revelation..." Aether murmured.

"Something like this would be unimaginable in Mondstadt..." Paimon said with wide eyes.

"Hello... little girl. Do you sell Everlasting Incense here?" Zhongli asked.

"Old man sounds creeeeeeepy." y/n mumbled and Aether shook his head with a soft smile. So she was half asleep.

"Excuse me, sir. Did you bring your prescription?" Qiqi questioned.

"I... Surely no prescription is needed to purchase Everlasting Incense? It's not a controlled substance..." Zhongli we e puzzled.
